Fili Hotel NUSTAR Cebu

Loved my stay at Fili Hotel Nustar Cebu! The hotel is grand, and everything feels fresh and new. The building has a modern design, and the lobby greets you with a pleasant scent. Room The room is spacious, featuring a bathtub, a large shower room, and a high-tech toilet with multiple features. The bed is incredibly comfortable, and the room is clean, bright, and well-maintained. However, housekeeping could use some improvement. They forgot to replace my towels for two consecutive days after removing them. I had to call and request hand towels, bath towels, and a floor mat to be sent to the room. Amenities The hotel offers impressive pools: • A large pool on Level 5, though accessing it requires passing through guest rooms, which feels a bit awkward. • An infinity pool on Level 4, conveniently located next to the restaurant. The connected mall is still under development, so there aren’t many shops open yet. Other than the ******, there’s not much to do within the complex. Dining Breakfast was a highlight! The variety was impressive, with many local dishes to try. The dessert counter offered plenty of choices, and I especially enjoyed the hot chocolate, banana turon, and freshly baked bread. There’s even a dedicated counter for Korean food. Location The hotel is conveniently located just a 5-minute drive (without traffic) from SM Mall. However, getting a Grab from the mall back to the hotel during peak hours can be challenging due to traffic congestion. Overall Experience Despite minor hiccups with housekeeping and the underdeveloped mall, I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. The combination of luxurious rooms, excellent amenities, and delightful dining makes Fili Hotel a fantastic choice in Cebu.

Excellent hotel!!!! Probably the best in Philippines. We stayed for 2 nights to celebrate my partner’s birthday. Because the hotel was directly connected to a high end mall, we never had to leave the facility during our stay. Only downside that I experienced was that they will charge you for bucket of ice after first bucket. I wouldn’t even really call it a bucket, as it’s kind of small, barely able to fit a bottle of champagne. Overall, it’s a fantastic place to stay!!!!

Indeed the best hotel in Cebu so far. If you are looking for an authentic Filipino breakfast then this hotel is for you. With the “taho vendor” who walks around as we are indulging in our sumptuous meals was a plus factor. Amenities are generally the same in almost all 5star hotels, so I could say nothing too extra but the Pinoy hospitality here is of different level. Not to mention the sauna, gym with ocean view which is breath taking and quite a number of pools (with sandbar or infinity) to choose from is superb worth the money. Security is tight which is a bonus due the ****** in the ground floor which could lead to overcrowding sometimes. But our overall experience was great! Hoping to come back during my next vacation in Cebu.
