The stay was good with one brief exception- last night I was locked in my room! This was a challenge because the rooms don't have phones. Despite my previous review of technical problems with the phone function of their app luckily the 'chat with front desk' feature was working. My initial typing was answered by chatbot Freddy but it was easy to get to a real person (I knew because they called me 'Sir' filipino style. A guy arrived in seconds but had to go get the guard. We were shouting through the door!
It materialised over-turning the lock results in 'double locking' which is great for security but dangerous in the event of fire. The way to unlock the double locking is by pressing down extra hard on the handle. All was well after resolving this but some info of the feature should be shown in all rooms.

Hotel staff are friendly & helpful. Hotel is just walking distance to ayala malls, bpi bank & starbucks.

It's a very simple travel hotel. Perfect if you will just sleep in the room. It is very convenient location just like other Red Planets. Just below the hotel is a 7/11 and accross the road is Ayala mall.
