The location is walking distance to Ayalla mall which is very convenient. the room was generally clean but the furnitures are a bit old and stained, it looked dirty. The room that i was given had a connecting door to another room which was occupied by others. I could hear their voices clearly when they are talking and laughing. I did not feel comfortable having that comnecting door, but since i was only staying for 1night, i did not ask to be transferred. I just felt like they should have told me before giving me that room. Those who plan to book here, if you are not comfortable having connecting doors to another room, better ask before checkin. Its really annoying when they think its ok.

The location of the hotel is very good, and it is convenient to travel. The facilities are very old, and the rooms arranged this time are particularly noisy. On the first day, the room was not cleaned well enough, and the sheets and covers were not changed. There are many kinds of breakfast, so you should be able to find something suitable to eat.

Very good experience in this hotel, definitely will come back here , the receptionist and all the people here are so friendly and welcoming. Also the price is affordable, highly recommended!

Many areas need to be looked into although they may be small and seem not important. Like balcony, carpet, etc. The WC seem to be an awkward position. Big spread at the buffet breakfast include many Philippines varieties.

The best place to stay in Cebu. It is convenient and easy to travel all over the city.

The room is clean. Glass water bottles that are very eco-conscious. The cleaning service is very prompt, room smells good. Room service for food however needs to improve. Ordered for drinks but took a long time to inform us of the unavailability.

Terrible Front office. No matter how you inform them that you will arrive late and you have a preferred room because it was your booking they give to others. I feel very disappointed because I had already several visits. I was tired and I was here prior today and inform them prior my arrival than I’m gonna arrive late I want this preferred room as stated in my booking. I will never ever comeback. Worst!!! Night!!

Great view from the rooms. Front officers are very accommodating and helps you the best possible way.

Exceptional service and facilities!

Everything is very good except that their skycable is not working and no netflix.

The hotel room is clean, staff are friendly and the hotel is is near Ayala Mall and accessible to different resto, fast foods, banks, money changer and many more. I requested king bed however the only available bed when we checked in is 2 twin beds, but its ok. Their bed is very comfy and the comforter is very clean, and it looks like new. Most of all it is very affordable for those who needs a nice place but budget friendy. I will surely recommend this hotel.

Basic hotel. Toilet stink. Very noisy room (connecting room). Next door been making noisy as and when. With 20bucks more, you can stay at holiday Inn.

I love the buffet and room is so comfortable I stayed many hotels in Cebu and this is the best one
