First of all, the front desk's response at check-in was too slow. I can't help the lack of ability, but even though many guests were waiting at the reception, they didn't increase the number of staff to deal with them. Even though there were three of us staying, there was no bath tile in the room, only two bath mats and one face towel. Furthermore, there were no sheets on the extra bed. We asked the front desk for help three times, but were ignored, and it was only on the fourth time that a housekeeper finally showed up. The response was also terrible. I will never stay here again.

This was my first time staying here, and I was very satisfied.
First of all, the location is great. There is a SM City next door where you can shop and eat, so even if you do a lot of shopping until late at night, it's not a problem because the hotel is next door.
The lobby is also very luxurious, and the rooms are spacious. The beds are also large. It was a little disappointing that the room I stayed in didn't have a bathtub.
The service was good, and the bell clerks were always smiling and pleasant.
