The Radisson Blue hotel was an impressive structure and had lots to offer. This included excellent pool facilities and pool bar, spacious rooms and dining facilities. It was extremely busy with functions during the stay and the wait for the elevator was often quite a few minutes during certain periods of the day. Cleanliness and service from staff was excellent during my 3-day stay. Location was around 10-15 mins from the nightlife but right next door to SM Mall which could be deemed as a great location for families and those looking for shopping etc!

All on expected level except one but pretty critical for me issue - air conditioning system is covered in mold. It have had severe implications for me - I’m allergic to mold and have got severe allergies just few hours after arrival while I couldn’t figure out what caused it. Room felt very moist and smelly, so I was hoping turning on air conditioning will fix a problem in a couple of hours, but it get significantly worst. I’ve got another room assigned after I have identified reason (photo attached); alternative room was having less issues (not obviously smelly), but air conditioning system was covered in mold as well. Also pool was on maintenance, what was not announced while I was booking… traveling with kid, I’d have booked another hotel if I had this info.

The only word i can describe is that it is spectacular. The buffet breakfast was one of the best i have ever seen. So much variety. The room is clean and big. However, the carpet along the corridor kinda smells moist/ musty smell. Other than that, i really have nothing to pick on. Everyone is so helpful and kind. I had a fall and wanted somthing to help me clean my wound. The front desk sent up a nurse to make sure i am alright. There is always someone greeting you at every point of the hotel, so welcoming. Definitely will come back here again.

A friend of ours upgraded our room but we ended up paying extra 9000 pesos. This hotel is no good. Doesn’t care about the customer only want to make money. Not coming back.

We have not been back for almost 6 years since our retirement and this time we wanted to spend our 42nd wedding anniversary in Cebu and decided to stay @ Raddison Blu again.It was a great experience and the ambiance remain superb.We enjoyed listening to the music in the lobby for 2 nights with light snacks & beer and mango juice.Will definitely comeback in GOD’s perfect time.

Good for business trip and it's near big shopping mall. The highest floors are for VIP package and can enjoy privacy.

The Radison Blu was an unexpected gem.. We Usually stay at the Best Western LUX, but on this trip, we want to try something new and choose the Blu for it location to Sm mal and Robison Galleria. The Room package came with the breakfast buffet, which turn out to be an unexpected delight. Our only disappointment was the pool was closed for maintenance. this was a BIG let down since that is one of our deciding factors when booking a room.

Hello, The room was super clean. Good water pressure in the shower. We get the chance to get an upgrade. The smoking area is quite far away (valid only for smokers). We tried the restaurant a la carte. Pizza and burger were good. A singing show was happening at the same time. The swimming pool was under maintenance. The general location is good if you are looking to take a ferry early in the morning. We recommend for one night. Thanks

Nice hotel with convenient location. Proximity to SM shopping mall. Was told I was upgraded but as I had booked a suite didn’t really understand. Was told I could use the executive lounge, but later the hotel changed their mind. No worries, I was so busy I had no time to use it anyway. Room was comfortable with a bathtub that was of good size. Nice sitting area. Enjoyed my stay,
