Cedar Park Hotels with Pools

Just stayed over the weekend, the front desk lady that check us in were great and professional. As soon as you entered the hotel, you are greeted by this nice fragrance that smelled good and the rooms are clean. We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel UNTIL the last day 9/22/2024 check out. it was 2 min after 10am, I was in the bathroom doing my business and was greeted by this rapid loud knocking of my room door. My wife answered and were greeted by these 2 housekeeping that were pressing her to get out because it is 10am. remind you that this hotel's checkout time is 12:00PM! They rolled their eyes at her and keep pointing to their invisible watch and keep telling her it's time to get out and then turn around and start speaking rule remarks in spanish. I finished my business went downstairs and confronted the front desk girl regarding the check out time and she assured me I have the room till 12 and they are not trying to kick me out, I would of been fine with that until she mentioned ”oh most guests checks out at this time” added with that annoyed/non caring face, I just lost it and keep asking her why the f is their housekeeping kicking us out then when it's not even time yet? my wife and I were so upset that we just packed up our things, checked the f out and left. The management need a better job training their housekeeping people to be respectful of guests and it's not their call to tell the guest what time it is and they need to leave!

During my recent stay, I was particularly impressed with both the hotel room and the staff. The room was well-appointed and conveniently featured connecting rooms, which was perfect for our family's needs. The breakfast serving staff - especially Shay - were exceptionally helpful and went above and beyond to ensure a pleasant experience. Their attentive and proactive service made the mornings much more enjoyable. This level of care and dedication significantly enhanced my overall stay at the hotel.

I spent a couple of nights at this Motel 6 in October 2023 when I was in town day surgery. I needed some help with storing my luggage the day I checked out (had to go back into Austin to get checked over by the surgeon) and they could not have been nicer or more efficient. And the general tone of politeness by the front desk staff is greatly appreciated. About the rooms, fully up to standard for this class of hotel. Clean, comfortable, convenient, tremendously less expensive than other alternatives for ACL weekend.

Very good, good environment, clean and hygienic, comfortable for those who like to sleep on soft beds, pay attention to those who don’t like soft beds, the bed is very soft and comfortable

The hotel itself was great. George checked us in and was pleasant. Room was clean and cool. We woke up early and go down for coffee. The overnight clerk was Joshua. He was kind and asked how everything was, made sure there was coffee and got us breakfast bags. THEN came the morning person, AMANDA. I went back down to get my teenagers their breakfast. EVERYTHING became difficult. She did not want to give me two sheets to mark two peoples breakfast choices...said I was making it difficult for her by requesting two (the exact same process I had with Joshua an hour earlier). Said she was going to put it all in one bag anyway. I requested TWO bags since it was for two different people with different choices. This causes her to question me...had we already received breakfast? We don’t get multiple breakfast! I let her know I am getting for others in our room ( at which point she asked again, WHY can’t I put it all in one bag?) This exchange was completely unkind and unnecessary. My advice to the hotel...get new morning staff or work with her on customer service. Other than that, hotel stay was great!

Friendly front desk, clean spacious room, amenities in kitchenette. We had a 2 bedroom suite with kitchenette for one night and I could easily stay here for an extended time. I especially liked the room’s floor space and layout. Brand new hotel this year, and we will be back.

My gf and I stayed at one of your establishments Quality Inn, 300 E Whitestone Blvd, Cedar Park, TX 78613 on Dec 27th & 28th. We booked online. Yet when we arrived it seems the front desk charged our card a 2nd time which has overdrawn our account. (Charged $350 for 2 nights) Additionally we would like to point out a couple of things: The back door lock did not work.The receptionist just told us to use the rug to keep the door open. This seems like such poor advice as it is not safe allowing anyone to walk in (there were homeless people outside and the hotel is located next to bars). Our room was located right next to that door. To make things worse…the safety lock on our room door was loose and has missing screws. On a side note…there was no cream cheese (they forgot to order we were told). I only mention this because when I take into account being double charged, having a lock barely attached, AND being told by stand to use a rug to keep the back door open…it seems to me that management really is not taking care of any of her responsibilities at this location. I recommend checking these things and your charges before committing to staying here. We will not again.
