The room was relatively clean. The sound insulation is poor and the check-in staff is very mixed.

There was blood on the ceiling of my room and the ice machine hadn't worked it what appeared to be several years. Guy at desk was very hard to understand and was rude.

Very friendly staff. Room is good. Overall experience is good. Pool is good. There was an issue with my reservation from my side but front desk staff helped me resolve it and it was easy. Bed is very well made and the pillows are very comfortable.

As I was unloading my car a gentleman in the parking lot looked at me and said, "Don't stay here. It is terrible." No truer words have been spoken. First and foremost, NO ELEVATOR! Look at their website or at any booking website and it fails to mention that most important fact. We were on the 2nd floor of course. The same gentleman who gave me his advice was a disabled veteran. When he told them that fact at check-in (and I witnessed it), they told him, "Sorry we can't do anything." This is so wrong. Let me add that the hallways and stairwells were not air-conditioned and the temps were well into the 80's and 90's. This place is low-budget on steroids. Be forewarned!
