This is a new hotel & the design of the room is stylish. Service is that of a 5-star hotel. Everything is brand new & we love it. The only criticism is that it is not located in the city centre & there is nothing around the hotel. Walking distance to the metro line to San Bento is quite far (10 mins). The streets are quite dark at night so it’s a bit of concern walking back the hotel from the metro at night time.

Everything about this hotel is amazing, service, staff, food, amenities, location. We really enjoyed our stay at Renaissance Hotel .

The room is in good condition and clean. The downside is that it is under construction and noisy on weekdays. It would be better if the front desk staff could be more friendly to Chinese people! Good
