房卡開不了房門，換了房卡之後也開不了，半夜三四點，前台還跑去喝酒，在門口等了兩個小時，打電話給她還態度不好，感覺是我們欠她幾百萬一樣，真的很難評，嚴重損傷到我們的身心健康。
