One of the worst hotels I have ever lived in, I do not recommend it to anyone, they do not provide service for the money you pay, the employees are very rude, the rooms smell very bad and dirty I could not sleep at night because of the pillow smell, the carpet is dirty, the walls are dirty They asked for a deposit of 15,000 TL for the minibar, we did not pay either, the rude people emptied the minibar, it is ridiculous Their food is never good They take money for nothing because it is for Marc, the service is zero in return. We had made a reservation for four nights but we left the hotel on the first day, it is that bad, do not believe this hotel They took $ 500 for one night for two people, the service is zero in return, please do not use this hotel

The luggage was almost lost by Pegasus Airlines, so we asked them to retrieve it and send it to the hotel. The hotel was very responsible and helped me keep an eye on the luggage and tried to help us contact the airline. The hotel's buffet restaurant is priced similar to domestic five-star hotels, and the dishes are very rich, with local specialties and European breakfast. The private beach downstairs of the hotel is very beautiful and worth a vacation. The photos on the Internet are not as beautiful as what you actually see. The lobby and rooms are very stylish and have a sense of luxury.

Everything was perfect. Location is good, comfort is good. Breakfast is super. It's also great to have spa facilities.
