A equipe ė super simpática. Hotel limpo. Aceita cães, por isso, o escolhi. Porém, o wi-fi não funcionou nas 2 diárias q lá estive. Estava no terceiro andar e só tinha wi-fi perto do hall do elevador. Hoje em dia ė inaceitável que um hotel 3 estrelas não tenha wi-fi.

We stayed there for two nights a couple of weeks ago. Great restaurant, and bar. Staff super. Unique decor, loved it. Owner Tozé gave us his car for a 3 hour round trip to get motorcycle parts. Top that

Hôtel bien situé au pied de la Serra Estrela. Excellent accueil du patron et de son épouse qui parlent le français ainsi qu'une employée. Le personnel est très à l'écoute des clients. Les chambres sont spacieuses et possèdent un balcon. Les repas pour 15,00 euros tout compris : amuse-bouches, soupe, plat copieux, dessert à volonté, boissons comprises. Petit déjeuner en buffet, très varié et très complet.

Trata-se de um hotel antigo, grande, que foi um pouco modernizado. O atendimento é super amistoso, os preços são bastante bons, a localização é boa, há muita informação sobre a cidade e seus arredores disponíveis para os hóspedes. O wifi funcionou bem nas áreas comuns e no apartamento. O bar tem uma decoração bem interessante com referências musicais. O Sr Baptista, proprietário do hotel, é extremamente simpático.

Um regressar no tempo. Hotel antigo que relembra as casas dos nossos parentes, super acolhedoras. Uma lareira em brasas e um ambiente super divertido, onde miúdos e graúdos uniram-se numa só voz. Uma experiência super agradável.

Hotel acolhedor inserido num ambiente agradável, com uma decoração tradicional e antiquada, onde o pessoal é simpático mas o serviço algo lento e limitado, com boa comida caseira/de conforto de qualidade razoável, mas algo racionada, o que não me agradou particularmente!

Hotel rústico e muito acolhedor, onde se come muito bem , atendimento fantástico, recomendo! Obrigado ao Sr Toze que é um ótimo anfitrião. Para quem gosta de passar uns dias com tranquilidade e ainda onde poder visitar alguns monumentos que fazem parte da história Portuguesa.
