Occidental Ljubljana

We really enjoyed staying at this modern hotel. It was an easy 3 minute walk into the hub of the city. The bed was huge and very comfortable. The shower facility was an imaginative use of space.

Overall ok, apart from the fact that i was charged 35 euro for parking key and 39 euro for night parking. They told me to drop it next to the gate in a box (which i did). There was no sign or comments so i put it there. I received after an invoice of 35 euro for a tag! Very disappointing and surprised

Castle view room was very good, staff pleasant and helpful, excellent breakfast. Central but quiet location . Please fix the automatic loo light

if you want an adequate 4 star hotel and there is nothing else you like then stay here it is a chain hotel in the mould of a Novatel, No real hot water in the shower no real A/C nowhere for a taxi to pull up, The breakfast was very ordinary a tray of eggs cooked when the staff arrived not when the guest arrived

The hotel is new, very modern and beautiful. The design of the room was very tasteful and the bed very comfortable. However, the best was the service we received from every member of staff. Everyone was super helpful and friendly. The location is also fantastic. Can't recommend this place enough.

Lovely renovated building, easy to walk everywhere. Rooms are clean and modern, great water pressure in the shower.
