"The property is in a great location. Near to Karol Bagh. Good access to all means of transport. The property looks clean and hygiene. This was my 3rd stay. But i didn’t have that great experience this time. The rooms allotted had some issues with bathroom and a little bit of hygiene. Even after complain there was not much of a resolution. But over all the rooms looks good and new. And the staffs are well behaved and friendly. "

"The hotel is good near to the station but the road isn't that easily accessible. Also, in the morning we didn't get hot water as we couldn't find any switch. The door had some latch issue which got us bit worried for security reasons. As we were 3 ppl they gave 3 single beds which we liked and also welcomed us with water and beverage, so overall average"

"There were bed bugs (khatmal) in my bed and it was a struggle to manage to sleep, taps of bathroom were leaking, the hotel lies on a congested street the sound of traffic was inside the room which was disturbing to take a good nap, i stayed in room no. 101, booked it for 2 days, sleeping on a bed full of bed bugs was threatning, irritating."

MMAKSIM IZMAILOVGood place, great location, reasonable price for the room. We searched for a hotel for a long time, read many reviews. We were lucky to find this place. The administrators are very kind, and the staff is helpful! There is a restaurant on the territory of the hotel, the food is delicious, but the prices are a little high. We had breakfast included, and we always ordered masala tea - it is cooked wonderfully! The room has everything you need, but the flush in the toilet was not very strong. The sink was a little broken, but it served its purpose. The hotel also offers various excursions and tours to attractions and other cities. From the hotel it is convenient to get to all the attractions by Uber or tuk-tuk. Our stay was positive, thank you!

SSingh0001Zostel Delhi is honestly one of the best places I’ve stayed at, the staff were incredibly friendly, and they were the highlight of my experience.
I’ve rarely met such amazing people during my travels, in their free time, they’d sit down to chat with travelers, and I loved how everyone gathered around the couches for conversations, I spent hours there.
I’d definitely stay here again when in Delhi, thanks for the cozy experience!

GGuest UserWe were on a cousin's trip when we stayed at goSTOPS, and I must say the location is fantastic with great accessibility. The Delhi Gate metro station is right outside, making commuting super convenient. Swiggy Instamart, Zepto, and Blinkit deliver all night to the property, which is a big plus. goSTOPS also offers 24/7 access to basic snacks, water, soft drinks, and even ice cream.
The common room has an amazing vibe, and the on-call support is reliable. Everything is digitally automated through the app, which adds to the ease of the experience. The dorms are cozy, and the washrooms and lockers are decent as well.
What stood out the most were the adorable Genie, Ginger, Pepper, Basanti, and the rest. I’d love to meet them all again soon!
If goSTOPS Delhi continues to maintain this level of service, it’s definitely going to be my go to stay location in the city.
