Grounds are lovely. Kudos to the gardener. So based on the gardens, I had high hopes. Rooms were clean but that was offset by the plastic artificial plants that were everywhere and covered in dust. The decor is very tacky, it’s literally a designer’s nightmare. I had a great deal of difficulty with the dispensers. They were not a pump mechanism but you had to squeeze them. I had to use both hands and then the soap poured from the bottom. Tricky indeed if you have any arthritis. Mediocre breakfast. It sufficed but hardly of any quality.. Lastly it was an expensive room considering the 2 star vibe. And just because you claim perfection does not mean that you deliver it. Really avoid this place unless you are into kitsch.

This is a wonderful place to stay, everyone very friendly and accommodating, if we asked anything it was taken care of right away, I would recommend this Inn to anyone heady to that area to stay there, beds were comfortable and everything so clean. Please try it out as it’s so close to Goderich and Bayfield. This was the second time of us sisters to stay there

our stay was terrible because of noise.. there were lots of kids in our level and bunch of kids in second level and they made noises till midnight. Breakfast was very very basic too. property was very clean and organized

The ONLY thing I didnt like was the noise. The closing of peoples doors was very loud, especially as I was trying to fall asleep. I had read the reviews and that was a complaint from a lot of other people. I thought id be okay because its winter, not busy, and because I sleep with a white noise app. It was still loud and woke me up a few times. Other than that, everything was great. Guy at the desk was super nice, location was convenient, breakfast was decent, rooms were clean and spacious.

"I really enjoyed staying at that hotel, it had a relaxing and tranquil atmosphere like a small spa resort. However, it was a bit inconvenient that there was no restaurant nearby and nothing within walking distance that you may require. On the bright side, the hotel provided basic amenities like toothbrushes and other essential items in case you forget to pack them. The breakfast was simple, but it didn't include eggs. So make sure you have a car and you are all set"

Loved the property was lovely very clean, quite.
Only thing I didn't care for was the cell phone service was not the greatest ...
