Tavia Heritage Hotel

Staying here was a huge mistake. The hotel facilities are old and run-down, and the room lights were faulty and wouldn't turn off. The soundproofing in the room is terrible; there was constant noise from the hallway and next door. The linen hygiene was subpar, with stains on the sheets and towels. The swimming pool had a lot of debris floating on the surface, looking like it hadn't been thoroughly cleaned in a long time. To top it off, there was a sudden power outage during the night, disrupting our rest. With so many major flaws, this hotel absolutely does not meet acceptable standards. Don't be fooled by claims of a 2024 renovation; I do not recommend it.

We extended our stay by an extra night because the place is so great and the staff are so kind! We highly recommend it!

Pleasant hotel.. will return again next time.

Don't stay at this hotel. They don't provide towels. I tried to get one from the front desk for a whole day and night, but still didn't get a single towel. Terrible, not recommended.

This hotel is completely outrageous. I stayed for two nights, and on the second day, there were no towels provided. I reported it to the front desk in the evening, and again before checking out the next day. The front desk brushed me off, saying towels would be sent to the room, but nothing happened by the time I checked out. Imagine, it's like staying in a hotel where you can't even shower – completely unacceptable service and a terrible experience. I will never recommend this hotel again, and seriously, don't even bother coming here. Also, just to add, the kettle was broken too.

The facilities are quite old, and there aren't many dining options nearby. However, the service was very attentive.

Quite clean, and close to many affordable dining options.

The facilities are a bit old for a 4-star hotel, but it's acceptable for Indonesia. You definitely can't compare it to hotels back home [in China]. The service attitude is excellent.
