Amazing new hotel. Everything was perfect. Definitely will recommend the hotel to my friends. Very delicious breakfast, beautiful swimming pool and comfortable gym.

Great New Hotel to stay. Tamara who serve friendly at reception during check in and check out. Room is Clean. Breakfast is fabulous.Bonus plus complimentary Free HI-tea. Lobby is nice beautiful and full of bears decorated.

New hotel , clean room, requested the morning breakfast to be sent to the room at 7.15am but did not show up. Had to call again to the in room dining. Not a good impression.

Brand new hotel in city, room size good and fully furnished altough not 5 stars level. Matter that half hotel is still under construction so many facilities not avalaible like pool and thats not advertised at booking time, so kind a rip off, suggest book it when finally in full service to avoid an overwhelming experience.

I'm really happy that the hotel is new and still very modern, right down to the gemesh dolls in the lobby

Unforgettable Experience with Exceptional Service at Movenpick Jakarta, We had the most wonderful experience celebrating our anniversary at Movenpick Jakarta on 13 September 2024 , everything was handled with the utmost care and professionalism, making the entire stay smooth and stress-free. First, the rooms were absolutely breathtaking- offering that perfect balance of luxury and comfort. Special thanks also go to Pak Rizky , he played an essential role in making sure everything went perfectly on our stay , The entire team was so attentive and helpful. Thank you so much, Movenpick Jakarta, for making our day an unforgettable one .

As an Accor Gold member I'm eligible for one level room upgrade, but the staff who handle my check in process told me as a new hotel they only have 5 rooms one level above my choice and they are all booked. I still can accept this for the reason not all room ready yet. But the benefit also mention ... if we cannot afford this, we will substitute with other kind compliment. Along on way to my room, I see other vacant rooms has bigger wardrobe compare the tiny one in my room. I told this to the staff and they said ... the total area is the same, only different design. And why you not give me this room ?. My disappointment continued when we paid our dinner. I used to have meals on other Accor brand such as Fairmont, Sofitel, Mgallery, Pullman etc, they all following the rule 50% disc on food. But here in this new hotel only give 15% disc. Before we order the menu, I already tell the staff that I have Accor member, but the staff didn't mention anything. And she also forget I already tell the member account so she gave me the first bill without any discount at all. The plus thing are, I like the 65" smart TV in room, overall meals are good, good hotel location in culinary street destination and big enough gym area and facilities.

New hotel. Very friendly and welcoming staff, professional and not intrusive. Breakfast top tier, continental assortment. Amazing bed, well equipped room. Could enjoy late check-out as welcoming gesture, courtesy of Ayesha and Tamara, thank you. Unfortunately the sauna and spa were not available at this time due to the hotel being just opened.
