Excellent hotel, conveniently located close to the city center and main attractions. There are many 24-hour eateries nearby. The hotel itself is very clean and comfortable. The bed is large and moderately firm, and the room is relatively spacious. It would be great to have a second chair and a small table for dining. The shower has a hairdryer and is spacious. The Wi-Fi works perfectly. Special thanks to the staff — they are the hotel's biggest asset. The employees are very friendly and kind, and they are always willing to help with anything. What's missing: storage space, like a wardrobe and proper nightstands next to the bed. The window cannot be opened for ventilation. There is no refrigerator in the room, and an iron with an ironing board is missing from the hallway.

Service was good, but here are some things to note: 1. The key slot was broken. 2. There were a lot of German cockroaches; I found one or two every day. Maybe pest control could be strengthened? 3. I stayed for a long time, and when the tea/sugar ran out, it sometimes wasn't refilled for 3 days. But it's okay, I rarely drink it anyway. 4. The sink also frequently clogged. Otherwise, the AC leak was handled quickly, and everyone was friendly.

There are two convenience stores nearby, but they aren't open 24/7. If you walk a little further across the street, there's a larger Alfamart with longer operating hours.

Good, comfortable, clean, tidy, and friendly. Close to the city center.
