Mattress too old, the pillow got stain dirty never change. Toiletries the shampoo is dirty. When goto reception to complaint the staff is rude. Ask to change bedroom can't assist include trip.com can't help. Hairdryer request only needed 16 hours to get it. Breakfast is bad. The bed has bed mites.

The reception are really welcome, the room not big but it’s enough and clean. The area near by the town of jakarta. I come here with family and it’s really convenient

It's not bad. The location is very good, suitable for business trips. The hotel toilets are clean and the price is affordable. Service: The front desk staff are very nice and will try their best to accommodate small requests.

It's good, but the entrance is a bit messy with a lot of cars. But the room is very quiet. The cleanliness is still questionable because I saw bugs in the bathroom.

The hotel's location is very strategic in the center of Jakarta and very close to shopping centers and malls If you want to find food and snacks, the market is also close by.

Nice hotel good location easy access for culinary and Grand Indonesia shopping mall, Plaza Indonesia and Thamrin city. Cozy room, modern minmalis and clean, friendly staff I love this hotel and will be back soon, affordable price consider with facilities and location

Im really impressed with Ana hotel's room design and vibe, the room might be small but the design is so simple and open with floor ro ceiling mirror and petite bathroom that you dont evem realize the size of the room. It was perfect for me and id recommend anyone to stay at ANA hotel. Its very close to Plaza & Grand Indonesia so its perfect if you'd like to stay here while doing some shopping. The staff members Ms.Nanda, Ms.Silvy and Ms.Widi was very helpfull as well. Not to mention the breakfast was pretty oke. They might not have a lot of options, but it was a good hearty breakfast so i dont mind. Room service menu was good also, they have indomie on their menu so it'll great for late night craving. 👍

Hotel location is nice, a short distance into a rather small alley. Car accessible, but lobby is very small and often parked with cars. Main selling point is location as it's within walking distance to Grand Indonesia & Plaza Indonesia. There are plenty of local eateries around the hotel, and it seems to offer better option than the breakfast which is very very basic. Hotel only has 1 elevator so at times you need to wait for quite a while. Plus they don't have a service elevator so at times you'll be sharing the lift with housekeeping trolleys etc. Soundproofing is rather bad - I stayed at the end of a corridor and can clearly hear the elevator chiming every now and then so if you're a light sleeper - be warned. Overall, given it's price, cannot complain. But personally I'd consider spending some more and get a better hotel.
