Love everything about this hotel. Clean, cute and big room with 2 basins alin the bathroom, hallway smells nice, breakfast buffet is just adequate and tasty, location is perfect. Would stay here again.

Very much worth the money! I was expecting the room to be small and the mattress to be hard since the room is considerably cheap for a central location. But the bed and sheets were soft. The room is not new but fairly well maintained. Toilet is complete with amenities. My only concern would be the pillow, which were a bit uneven (its made of those polyester stuffings that tend to spread out thru time). Thanks to the hotel staff who helped make an effort in looking for an electric adaptor for me. Seems like they even bought a new one late at night, as the one given to me has a fresh price sticker in it. Checkin / Checkout were both hassle-free. The guards outside were very alert, I checked in almost midnight and they helped bring my luggage in. Same for the checkout. Good place to stay in! Thank you!

Overall experience is good except slightly late check in time. The staff is helpful to solve the air-conditioner issue and location is quite central with good live band. There is also club at Lv7 but beware of the sound. You can heard it if you located at Lv6 room but overall still acceptable.

I extended my stay here for one night. The staff were helpful and nice. However, it would be great if this hotel could change the sahur/dawn meal menu. They provided same menu for three daya.

We like this modern and hip hotel. We stayed in the same hotel in Batam. Was glad to stay again while in Jakarta. Everything from the check-in, staff, breakfast spread, and room amenities was really thought of. However, I only have 1 complaint. The socket to plug in our phone charges was quite small. Resulted the cable to be bent. The picture shows my laptop charger which fits just nice. If I am to plug in the USB socket. The lower space is quite tight.

5 stars for location, amenities, and service. 1 star for sound proofing. Bar on Friday evening was so loud even from my room. Saturday, Service staff knocked on my door at 8am to ask me if I got laundry and if he can clean the room now. Sunday morning, Another guest apple iPhone alarm rang non stop from 6am to 8am which caused me to lose my sleep and sanity

Great place. Near to restaurants, public transportation. Fabulous bed (very comfortable), nice linens. Soundproofing of rooms is good. All amenities provided. Good breakfast buffet, even for people like me who prefer Western food. The employees who you deal with are very pleasant, helpful. I will stay there again when I am in town.

Got early check in around 1 PM. Helpful staffs. Amenities & in-room facilities should be frequently checked.

Good location, excellent services, clean room, and complete amenities.

Location is perfectly located next to Sarinah, Bundaran HI MRT and Sabang street food. Hotel check in was on time and fast. Hotel room was a little too dark for my liking and the bedsheet had pencil stains. Other than that everything is pretty much what you would hoped for a three star hotels.

Room is clean and bed softness is ok. but hope they can improve more on the noise isolation or reduced as much as possible. and also hope to improve on the light of the room as too dark. location is good near to shopping mall. and there are street foods nearby.

Perfect stay to stay in central Jakarta. Close by to everything, clean and good value for money. Definitely will come back!

Its nice in a great location-have stayed before -good value for money-breakfast ok nothing special but acceptable -room clean and well maintained.

I think I stayed at a hotel in the garden. The variety of tropical plants, trees, swimming pool, restaurant, etc. were very nice. There weren't many mosquitoes or bedbugs. One thing that was a bit disappointing was that very few towels were provided.
