Overall not bad, toilet wash hand water very small, other than that so far so good, lobby no air condition very hot so class hotel lobby no air condition very poor

Eventhough the hotel is located at prime location near the malls at Mangga Dua, it looks run down and not properly maintained, as though waiting to be closed down. The big lobby area and cafe were not air conditioned, so it was very warm and humid to be within the area. The choice of breakfast is quite good, but when I ordered food for dinner, it took them almost 40 minutes to prepare food for 3 paxs, eventhough there were nobody else in the cafe. The room is without a fridge with broken floor tiles. In conclusion, I paid for a 4 star hotel with 2 star facilities.

The facilities are old, but the price is cheap and well maintained. However, the water pressure in the shower was weak and there was no hot water. The station was nearby, so depending on the destination and time of day, it was faster than a taxi.

This hotel is located on the main traffic road in Jakarta, making it easy to travel to all parts of Jakarta. The hotel is well equipped. There is a restaurant on the first floor. The breakfast is great. It provides many different porridges, noodles, rice, desserts, fruits, breads, snacks, drinks, and cold dishes to choose from. Poached eggs and fried foods are also made on site. There is a massage parlor next to the hotel, where you can take a short break to relieve fatigue. The front desk staff at the hotel are really great. There is a beautiful girl who can speak Chinese and will help you with any needs you have. The hotel security is even better. They will help you hail the car, get your luggage into the car, and open the door for you. The equipment in the room is even better. At a cost of 220-250 RMB (approximately more than NT$1,000) per day, the price/performance ratio is really high. Next time I go to Jakarta, I will definitely stay in this hotel again.
