Hotel building and lobby looked nice enough. Checking in was a breeze. Room hallway looks old and gloomy, reminded me of my dormitory days but with better colours. Bedroom didn't have much space, but was still tolerable. The wallpapers had yellowing/dried leak marks. Washroom was tiny and all the drains (sink & shower) are very slow at draining. And no lock for the washroom. The worst was the lighting, i turned off the lights while sleeping, woken up to a room fully lit with tv on maybe a couple hours later. I thought i might have accidentally pressed a button while sleeping. Turned everything off and went to sleep again, then same thing happened again. In total this happened 3 or 4 times, too tired and sleepy to care. I didn't bother complaining because it happened between the middle of the night to dawn. Even if I did complain the possible solutions would be to send a technician or switch me to a better room, and neither is desirable. I was on a one night business trip with full schedule both days. Breakfast was nice, plenty of options, but the service wasn't so good. When i was showed to my table, the host asked if i wanted coffee or tea, I picked coffee. Went around to take my breakfast, came back to table and coffee wasn't there. Then not long after i started eating, a waiter came by and asked if i wanted coffee or tea, said coffee. 5 minutes later another waiter came by if I wanted coffee or tea..again. Finally got my coffee a good 15mins later, I should've just gotten a cup myself. Asked for sunny side ups, eggs came after i finished my plate, about the same waiting time with coffee and the egg station was empty when I ordered. I'm sorry but I don't think this was a 5-star hotel, and the price wasn't worth it. I believe the problem with light was caused by the room card slot right to turn on the power. Must've gone wrong and failed to detect a card in the slot and shut everything off, then suddenly detected the card again, hence all power and light kept turning back on. Won't be staying there again Hallway picture doesn't look that bad in picture, because my phone decided to make it look nicer by auto-adjusting the light level, much darker in reality

I did not really have any time to try out the amenities. The rooms are nice, a tad small but is okay for short stays. Needs to have a upgrade in terms of TV, boiler and Minibar. The walls and floor makes the hotel seem very old despite having the Pullman name. Should really consider doing some works on the hotel. The staffs are nice and amazing but the telephonr line seems to have a lot of distortion so it was not easy to communicate well.

They upgraded me to an apartment suite which was really nice until I was trying to go to bed and realize the it was facing the busiest street of downtown Jakarta. Sound proofing was terrible and the staff did not even give me any warning or description of this room. To top it all off, on Sunday the street is closed for Sunday exercise and marching bands are blasting their tunes at 6am. I told the receptionist during check out but they don’t really care since I was checking out and leaving, sorry seems to be something they say easily but don’t really give a **** of what the customer is really telling them.  Would still recommend the place but just make sure your room does not face the traffic.

Old 5 star hotel but the staff service quite nice. The air-con was very old one and no power at all. I set the lowest temperature but still not feel the cool air and very humid in the room. So I don’t recommend to the people who don’t like hot & humid environment.

I chose this hotel due to its central location. Great buffet breakfast, and sauna and hot/cold plunge pool in the Spa. However, rooms are small and dingy - I’d say everything else in this hotel is great except for the rooms! Not sure if all rooms are like this or if I got an older room, but I’ve stayed here twice and had the same experience both times.

The hotel lobby was nice, the amenities like the sauna and hot tub were great. The breakfast spread was exceptional. However the room was a massive disappointment, it was small, dingy, smelly and falling apart. The sheets had stains on it, the water pressure was dismal, and the towel rack had fallen off the wall, no hairdryer. The rooms do not match the rest of the hotel and did not meet the expectation of a 5 star hotel. There are plenty of other options nearby at a similar price point, with much better rooms.

Nice and helpful staff, always friendly. Soundproof and spacious rooms and comfy beds. Pool sauna and jacuzzi are very clean. Some malls and restaurants around.
