Stayed 2 nights to attend a concert nearby. Room is so spacious and convenient, connecting to a nearby shopping mall with supermarket and lots of restaurants.

The hotel is connected to a mall and there is a convenient store and supermarket also. The staff are all polite and helpful. Breakfast was delicious and choices are good.
We enjoyed the jacuzzi very much right next to the swimming pool. It was the right choice to choose Fairmont when we just wanted to relax and eat good food.

I had a very pleasant and comfortable stay. This hotel is really premium, keeping up to its name. I was so satisfied with the hospitality and the fact they allowed me to extend my checkout for another hour without any charges. I will definitely stay here again if Iβm ever coming to Jakarta.
