It’s a very convenient location however it’s besides the main road, very noisy at late time if your room is facing the road.

Stumble upon this hotel when googling for hotels nearby to a shopping mall. If you want a ‘bougie’ hotel, this is it.
The staff here were wonderful as well as the cleanliness provided by the housekeeping is superb. The breakfast is one of the highlight of our stay cos’ the food here is simply delicious!My only complain is the towel provided looks like its been overused.. please change the towel often if you can cos’ we as a hotel stayer need our towel look fresh n new! Otherwise the stay have been nothig but wonderful!

We had amazing stay at Grand Hyatt Jakarta. Location is great and so convenient. Love the hotel, the pool and the service. Looking forward for coming back to Jakarta and stay in this hotel.

Excellent location beside Grand Indo/ Plaza Indo Mall with good restaurants. Enjoy pool with kid. Will stay again.
Breakfast is good but can be better.
