We had bad experience with the room amenities. The air conditioner didnt function well. Super duper hot even at night. Very little counter space to put our stuffs. Everything was basically on the floor. Really hate the shower curtain. The lighting in the room was too dark. The room and toilet were not very clean. Found hair here and there. Bathroom has mold and at the shower curtain too. Breakfast buffet was just ok. But the cafe is nice and comfy. Staffs were friendly and helpful. The location is great because its near to Gambir Station.

The room was nice bit it felt like a prison with a very small window. We didn’t get the welcome drink and the frontdesk lady gave us a room with a useless view. Probably the worst room within the category. Be careful when selecting your room, the pictures are misleading. The worst thing at all : We made a reservation at this hotel because we wanted to take sunset pictures from the roof. But nope „bar opens at 6.30pm“ so no sun, ni pictures. We wouldn’t stay here again, although the overall quality of rooms is good.

We enjoyed our stay at Erian. The staff were great and efficient, rooms and facilities were clean, new, and well maintained, and location was convenient. Taxis were easy to come by. The breakfast was OK -- nothing fancy but decent variety. Erian is a solid choice and good value; I would definitely stay again.

There are many places to eat within walking distance, which is convenient. There are many food stalls on nearby Jalan Haji Agus Salim, so it's good for dinner. I was surprised that the shower had hot water. There is no refrigerator in the room. When I removed the card key when going out, the housekeeping sign disappeared and the room was not cleaned. Please be careful. It was about 200,000 rupiah by Bluebird taxi from the airport to the hotel. I asked the hotel staff to arrange a Bluebird taxi from the hotel to the airport, which was also about 200,000 rupiah.

I had a very comfortable stay. First of all, it's great to stay alone and the front desk staff are very friendly. The water quality is also the best among hotels I have experienced in Indonesia. However, it was disappointing that the gym was still under construction. Breakfast is good and accessibility to downtown is good.

Clean rooms, very good and fast service. Strategic location. It's a pleasure to stay here.
