The hotel is very good, clean and the service is good

Lokasi yang sangat strategis, depan Thamrin City. Bisa jalan kaki ke Bunderan HI dan halte Transjakarta. Banyak makanan di luar hotel.

Very strategic location, in front of Thamrin City. You can walk to the HI Roundabout and the Transjakarta bus stop. Lots of food outside the hotel.

I visit Shalva because I moved from my previous hotel due to some issues. The location is great although not situated in the main road. The parking space is limited, but the security staff really helpful in case of car parking.  My first impression is really good. The lobby although small, is very modern and chic with great seating. Check in process is fast and no deposit fee needed. This hotel served by 2 lifts, which served 6 hotel floor.  My room at 6 floor is great, with good area size, large king bed, large TV, and large wardrobe area. The view from my room is Thamrin City mall across the hotel. The room is clean and again have modern touch in term of design and colour choice. Bathroom has a good size and good cleanliness. Amenities and complimentary goods is standard like other 3-stars hotel. My only concern is the wifi was not stable; its good for your phone but I could not open some of my works in my office laptop.  Staff of the hotel give good services and really attentive to the guests. They always give me greetings although I only passing by the lobby.

Nicely furnished hotel with good price-quality ratio. All feels new and luxurious. Friendly staff, breakfast buffet with wide choice and comfortable beds. A recommendation, especially for business trips.

The only good things here are the locations, literally in the front of Thamrin City shopping mall and get an easy access straight to the mall. The staff is also friendly and helpful, but that's all the good things about the hotel. Some things could be improved: - Cleanliness. The bedroom and bathroom cleanliness could be improved. I found a stain in bedcover and there's a bunch of hair near the toilet. - Breakfast. The food was horrible. It was bland and awful. They deliver the breakfast to your room regarding to C19 situations. - I didn't get a towel at the first time I come to my room and I had to call front office and look for staff at the hall to get a towel and bathmat. I mean, if the room wasn't ready, then don't give it to guest. - Don't expect much from the room, you get what you paid. TV channel was poor, amenities are ”low grade”.
