Hotel is a bit old. The room alley really dark and humid hot. The bathroom really smelly and slippery. We almost fell in the bathroom. Hotel is walking distance with Tanah Abang and Jalan Sabang street food. Breakfast quite nice. Please bear in mind some room even though have window you will see next door wall 😂. And at midnite if you lucky enough you can hear “someone” laughing

The toilet was broken. I had informed reception to fix the toilet but apparently no one did as I need to get out, until I told them again. The TV was an old box TV and not satellite, it was difficult when turned the power on.

The location of the hotel is really good, so easy to go any attraction tourist spots. Anyway, the hotel need to improve their cleanliness.

Location is great. Near Gondangdia station where you can take the bus or train. The room is very spacious. Just one minor downside- the bathroom floor is quite slippery. Be very careful when you use the bathroom especially for the elderly.

Overall ok, staff very friendly and always helpful whenever we need their assistance. The things that I don't like during my stay was the bad smell on the room. Got smoked smells and ants in the toilet. Toilet also very bad (old and rusty). I know this is the old hotel but it's not safe if stay with kids. The floor was very slippery and I got super dirty towel 🤢 i forgot to take pictures and how ugly it was!!! It's not only dirty but it's already torns!

The room was not clean, all the furniture was a bit dirty, the towels were smelly, the bed made me itchy.

First time staying at Dreamtel, overall. So-so. Many hotel facilities need to be replaced, such as the soap dispenser, which was leaking, I had to ask for a soap refill twice. Because every time I wanted to use soap, suddenly the soap was empty, the contents were scattered on the floor. Cable management also needs attention, especially near the television, there are many exposed cables, worried that children will touch them and get electrocuted
