Hotel condition - very good Room - average(request for non smoking but give me smoking room at level 2. Corridor really can smell the smoke) Room outside view - very bad(level 2 room window facing concrete wall and you cant see anything other than concrete...what a view!) Location - very good since its nearby to the shopping mall and a lot of place to eat there Facilities - very good(got gym and laundry area the traveler can use) Breakfast package - All the food provided really superb. A lot of choice

Top notch hotel! It’s within walking distance to the airport. It offers a spa, small shop, and restaurant. The staff were really accommodating and helpful! It’s a great place to stay if you don’t want to spend hours in traffic to the airport. My only complaint is that they placed me on the ground floor near an exit door and in the peak of summer there were so many mosquitoes coming into my room. Would recommend they place a mosquito repellent in the rooms closest to the door.

I very seldom write review after staying at a hotel, even though I have travelled over 50 countries. But I must give my feedback of this hotel in Jakarta. 1. Extremely poor service from front desk. When I made the booking, I put a note that I travel alone and wanted a queen sized bed. It turned out they allocated two single beds on first night. Okay for first night, because I arrived at 8pm. For next two days, I requested change to a queen sized room even at 8am after breakfast, they easily told me, hotel fully booked, no availability. Later I found out when chatting with house keeper when I checked out, very floor has equal number of twin bed and one queen sized bed. Finding another room is not a big issue. The easiest reply from front desk is "sorry no available" because more work for them to do it. 3. The slippers in the room is reused. No new slippers available. 4. I respect every religion practice. It is ok for me as early person to wake up at 5am. One side of the hotel is facing the prayer hall which starts the prayer at 5am with loud speaker. Hotel can give ear plugs (soft cotton), but you need better equipped if you want to sleep till like 7am. So take into consideration when make booking.

Never want to stay again so bad service long waiting time for issueing the room . Very bad experience and impolite service

Good, check in and out are fast, friendly staff. But boring breakfast everyday no meat at all. Big room like it but very near to mosque it’s very noisy

Great location.close to sarinah and tharmin bus statation. Requested for non smoking room. Was informed that non smoking room is not guaranteed and only given if available . Luckily was given a non smoking room and hence the good rating.

Overall okay stay. The food for the buffet was great. Plenty of options to choose from. The only downside I had with my stay was that my room smelled like smoke for 3 nights in a row. The staff has kindly provided a device to treat the smoke but it’s still very much prevalent. After coming back from my trip and unpacking, I realized all my clothes smelled like smoke. This should be taken more seriously as no one likes the smell of cigarettes when they sleep.

It’s my second time staying at Holiday Inn Express. first time was in Phuket and it was great. decided to try the one in Jakarta and we’re very happy with our decision. it was really cheap when we bought it as they were offering a good deal. The location is very good, its in the central of Jakarta itself. 10mins walk to Grand Indonesia/Plaza Indonesia, 15mins walk to Thamrin City and 20mins walk to Menteng. its so convenient and accessible as theres a bus/mrt station nearby, a lot of mini mart, cafes/restaurants nearby. I stayed for 4 days 3 nights and we’re very satisfied with our stay! Hotel room was spot on clean, bed was comfortable, had no issue with the restroom, aircond and wifi was all good. the staff including their security guards were very nice, kind, friendly, helpfull and attentive from they day we arrived til we left. breakfast spread was good too! thank you Holiday Inn Express for your warm hospitality. will definitely stay here again in future. highly recommended.

Poor service, Booking desk confirm the breakfast time will be upto 10:30 because of Sunday, still I reach 9:30 but staff started winding up the things, they didn't allowed me to take my break fast. Poor service non cooperating staff. Disappointing poorer 😡😡

The experience was worse in terms of Breakfast, non supportive staff, seems very arrogant. Poor service

The hotel is conveniently located and the room was great. It had good wifi, a comfortable bed, and a nice workspace. The breakfast was also good. I was a bit worried that I may be given a smoking room, but they sorted me when checking in.

Breakfast included. Location was good. Walking distance to Shopping areas.

Room was not ready until 5pm even though I got there at 2:30pm and check in time was meant to be 2pm. Initially was given a smoker room despite I specifically requested non smoking room
