walking distance to tanah abang and sarinah. affordable hotel with good service. front officer, Mr Habibi also provided excellent service to me when i accidentally left my phone in a taxi and he promptly checked the cctv to get the taxi plate number and also called bluebird cs to help me finding the taxi. though i have checked out earlier, he did not hesitate to help me. as i was already in much stress waiting for my phone and having to check in to hotel for another might, Mr Habibi offered a discouted price for the room as well. really grateful for this kind of service provided. will definitely come here again whenever i visit jakarta in the future.

There were complimentary snacks and else, we were surprised. This hotel is an online seller friendly hotel where in most case you can be at ease shopping none stop where you don’t have to worry about you luggage’s space for keeping. Staffs also friendly, and helpful. Kudos and keep up the good work.

We had high hopes based off reading previous reviews, however we were disappointed. For starters, the cleanliness was very poor. We had clumps of hair on the floor, rubbish on the floor and the shower could do with a clean. There was also mosquitos in the room. We booked a superior queen room and what we got was tiny! So small, hardly enough room for two people. Because this hotel has smoking rooms it does unfortunately mean the smell can linger and that’s what we noticed. Maybe because we’re non-smokers we noticed it more. Also the hallways were full of clutter and rubbish. And lastly, the walls are so thin you can hear the person in the room next to you breathing. We also had people screaming in the corridor but I guess that could be a one off. Location wasn’t great. Very far from everywhere. Staff were nice.

I don't do reviews, but this hotel made me to wrote about my experience. As advertised and paid for room with window, at the check-in told me no double rooms with windows. Bathroom door is made of glass without lock, so embarrassing, shower/ toilet room is the tiniest in the world even the sink can't fit inside. No bedside table or reading lamp. No work table or a chair to seat. Smallest room for a hotel in the world. Annoying white bright lights. No closets, or space to keep your luggage. Dorty carpet on the hallway. Checked in around mid night, tired of travelling a long way so slept in the morning. Cleaning time notice reads 10-3pm but waked me up at 9am to ask if I need room be cleaned. Asked about money changers nearby front desk told me it is open 24 hours, after walking for 20 minutes it was closed. Whole night someone was screaming about something nearby. Even without a window you can near it. Dirtiest floor I have ever seen in a hotel room. It was the most unpleasant stay in Jakarta. Originally planned to stay for two weeks, I didn't extend after already paid two nights. I don't know how did they receive their star ratings and reviews. It should be investigated. Photos and reality is beyond anything I have ever experienced.
