We booked two Superior Rooms and were pleasantly surprised to be upgraded to a Family Suite by the friendly reception staff.
We liked the bright and lively vibes of the hotel.
The rooms were clean and comfortable, with nice views.
The hotel is conveniently situated next to the Harmonie Exchange Mall, with good restaurants.
The breakfast spread was nice, with a wide selection of food.
We really enjoyed our stay at the Yello Hotel Harmoni!

Pleasant one night stay at the hotel .
Receptionist miss siska was wonderful for checking in.
Thank once again for platter of cakes
Wonderful mouth watering and delicious.
Mouth watering morning breakfast with live station for soup ,nasi fried rice and egg section and pancake section.
In my last 12 trips to Indonesia the bubur was the best I eaten after every where in indonesia.
We will back soon

very nice and modern hotels, many snacks and cakes can be bought at the lobby as well hotel located in the plaza so there are mini market and restaurants.
really love to staying here!

Excellent. The breakfast was superb with a wide variety of delicious options. The rooms were impeccably clean and very comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the location was perfect for exploring the city. Highly recommend and will definitely return!

the bed sheets and and pillow case are not change throughout the five night. Dirty blanket cover, when room service still the same blanket cover with the same spot dirty. Only toiletries are change. The bathroom is not clean properly, hair remains there even after
Cleaning. But overall the hotel location and staff are good.
