Plus:
The location of the hotel is very strategic with business centers around the SENEN area, close to the Pal Putih Trans Jakarta bus stop. Hotel rates are competitive.
Minuses:
The hotel really needs a total renovation so that it 'looks good', especially the hotel room facilities need to be updated and rejuvenated. [Like the TV, the room needs to be repainted] and another sink should be placed in the bathroom, not in the bedroom area.
