The biggest reason I chose this hotel was that it had a room with two beds. There were some accommodations in better locations and cheaper prices, but they all only had rooms with one bed. Therefore, when I made the reservation, I strongly requested a room with two beds. No one said anything at check-in, and I believed that since it was a five-star hotel, there would be no deviation from my request, which was an absolute requirement. As a result, my expectations were betrayed. There was only one bed in the room. It was very sad. I was stunned to see yellow stains on the toilet seat. There were other problems, such as the water faucet being hard to use. Although I have written the bad things above, there are also good points such as a comfortable shower and a clean feeling except for the yellowing of the toilet. Although there is room for improvement in the basic service level and facilities, I think that it is a good hotel overall.

A good hotel to stay in for a few days.
Very well located, literally a few minutes walk from the twin towers. There are many places nearby where you can have a snack and sit and relax.
The room is spacious and clean. Breakfast is quite acceptable, you can choose for European tastes:)
Of the relative inconveniences - a translucent wall in the bathroom. Therefore, it is not very convenient if you live in a room with a colleague ...
You have to wait for the elevator for quite a long time, since the hotel is large.

Stayed for two nights for company business trip. Less than USD 150 tax inc. for two nights with breakfast!!
For the price I paid I have no complain at all, with all the musty smell from the bed and the room, as well as clogged shower (can't stay in the shower longer than 5 min)
Breakfast was totally satisfying in terms of volume and options --- taste ... can't complain again ... the price ↑.
Smooth check-in. The hotel has been there longer than anybody could imagine so all cab drivers in Jakarta know how to get there --- very convenient.

Facilities: The drainage in the old room is not good, but this place is definitely safe. There is a police station or something next to it. The doorman is also very enthusiastic. The room is also quite big. Apart from the fact that it has been open for a long time, everything else is pretty good.
