Very glad they allowed for early check in even without notice. Staff is so polite and very helpful. As for houekeeping just hope that they didn’t keep on banging on your door to do the cleaning when you’re still in the room. Food was good especially breakfast, a lot of choice and very tasty food. Buffet dinner is just ok with limited options. Location wise, it is ok. What can you expect from Jakarta right.

We recently stayed at this hotel for one night and had a great experience. The location is fantastic, just a short distance from the Gambir train station, making it very convenient. The staff were exceptionally helpful and caring, even arranging a taxi pick-up for us. The room was clean, and the rate was very reasonable. Although we didn’t have a chance to try the restaurant or other facilities, the overall service and value make this hotel highly recommended.

I can't get good rest in this hotel. Cannot appreciate the loud broadcast from the Mosque early at 4am Everyday. Even swapping the rooms does not help as you will faced with the same issue and also the load noise of honking from the busy streets. My conclusion is, if you needed good rest, please think twice and read more reviews from other guests. It is a rather old hotel, cleanliness is bare minimum. The goods things are, fast Internet speed, large room, not too expensive. But not for me again.

I stayed at this hotel lat week on 1st till 3rd August. During my stay at this hotel, I received excellent, friendly service that met my expectations. I was very surprised and happy when I was told my room had been upgraded to an executive room. Thank you to all the staff at the restaurant, reception especially Ms Judith for the excellent service provided and also Ms Diana from housekeeping for cleaning the room when staying here. For breakfast there are many choices and it's delicious, only the second day you have to change places because the restaurant has a lot of guests. Anyone who stays here, you have nothing to lose and no regrets because of the excellent service even though the staff at the entrance are not friendly. I am very satisfied here and will come back again when on vacation in Jakarta.

I love this hotel! I stayed here in 2 different occasions. It is located in the central part of JKT, just 15 mins waling from a nice mall. The rooms are great and they always gave the chance to have the room on one of the top floors to admire the city from the top. Food is good,breakfast is great (indonesian and continental), the summing pool and spa were great too. I enjoyed my staying at Millenium!
