Entire stay no hot water,, room service not responsive,, call reception 3-4 calls only some time call was answered,,, need to improve,,, this hotel was good but now cant say much...

I am a repeat customer. Eventhough the location is not so great, but their service and food are excellent. Try their creamy carrot sopu and herbalmdrinks!

The room sometimes smells of cigarettes due to the centralized AC. There may be occupants of other rooms who smoke, so it is necessary to be strict about smoking violations if there are guests who smoke even though they are on a non-smoking floor.

Love the ambience and good for family. Breakfast was superb and spacious room as well. Always my first choice hotel at Jakarta.

Thie hotel staff's attitude are very attentive.
But the minus points here are :
1. There were a lot of mosquitos at the lobby while i was having meeting with my guest.
2. Not much choice of restaurants.
3. The room has some kind of moist smell and saw small bug crawling around and on the bed.
4. Corridor is very warm.
5. And many more.

The hotel was nice and the staff was lovely, we received a free upgrade for our stay that made us feel very welcome! The breakfast was also lovely with a large selection of food. Nice view from the high floors. Very recommended!

Our room was clean and spacious. We enjoyed the bath. It felt good with separated bath and shower. We would enjoy even more if there were more lights and power sockets for charging our phones and powerbanks in the room.

Overall service room was good...... the bathroom door was broken, but they fixed it in a few hours. The food in gala dinner was bad. For breakfast the food was okay..a bit too salty for me.
