I was unable to travel due to illness of my family. The hotel rejected a refund and didn't offer a solution like a reschedule.

This hotel gave my wife a shock as the door was damaged with see through gaps.
There was no cupboard and pillows was no fresh.
The air conditioner was not so cold and very little air was blowing. I suspected the screen filters and removed them (2) and found them totally cloughed.
Maintenance was poor as the room was dusty .
We booked this hotel for 2 nights but left the next day and stayed in another hotel which was better and cleaner.

The location is very strategic, many food choices around the hotel area, facilities, cleanliness and service need to be improved

The place is very comfortable and strategic....

The guy at the reception was kind, but the room was dirty, not well-maintained and the bathroom was leaking with water everywhere. The location is central and the AC works well, but besides that i woul not recommend it.

In order to visit family gatherings in Jakarta due to limited time and quite far distance when stopping by to relatives, I booked Maxim hotel for a short transit before taking KA from Senen Market. The hotel is quite clean, the only thing is that the air conditioner is not working well. The hotel building consists of 3 floors, the room size is about 12 m2, so it is quite narrow. The bathroom inside is a pity that the shower faucet is broken. As a sufficient transit hotel, you can take a shower and clean your body after a day around Jakarta city. After taking a shower and leisure for a while then slippery to Senen Market Station back to the area.

The location is very strategic.. close to the station and other tourist attractions ... the okay
