The fridge barely cooled, it was practically useless. There weren't many dining options nearby, and a lot of homeless people made the area feel a bit uncomfortable. Luckily, there were a few convenience stores that helped solve a lot of problems. The hotel's common areas had a lot of mosquitoes, which might be a common issue in Jakarta hotels. The biggest flaw was the complete lack of a table and chairs in the room!

The room was clean, comfy, and well-maintained. The hotel provides free in-house self-service laundry with detergent included, which is very convenient for business travellers like me to do laundry at night. The only catch is that the room doesn’t have a desk, so I had to work from nearby cafés instead. Overall, still a very pleasant experience.

I had a very pleasant stay at Juno Tanah Abang. The hotel impressed me with its excellent location—strategically situated near major shopping spots like Tanah Abang Market and within easy reach of central Jakarta’s attractions. The staff were friendly, professional, and attentive throughout my stay, making the overall experience feel welcoming and smooth.
The room, although compact, was clean, well-maintained, and thoughtfully laid out for comfort. The bed was comfortable, and amenities were sufficient for a short city trip. Housekeeping did a great job maintaining cleanliness, and check-in/out was efficient and hassle-free. For the price, it offered great value.
Overall, Juno Tanah Abang exceeded expectations in terms of service, cleanliness, and location—ideal for both business and leisure travelers looking for convenience and comfort at a reasonable cost.

Juno is a perfect hotel for duo or solo. A perfect size room located in a SUPER STRATEGIC area.
For my Malaysian friend that love Tanah Abang, you can just walk for 2 MINS or 120 METERS. If you like to go to the center of Jakarta, you can walk through the multifunction bridge at Pasar Tanah Abang and spend less than 1 RM for train that bound for Bekasi, and drop off at BNI City station or Sudirman station. If you want to go by GrabCar to Grand Indonesia or Gelora Bung Karno Sports Complex, you will only need to spend 5-6 RM.
As for the room, it was my bad that didn’t check for the detail facility. The smart TV is only available for executive room and up. The cleanliness and everything is immaculate. Kuddos to Ashley Group for maintaining their branches hotel.
Overall, it was a very pleasant experience. Would definitely plan a future visit.

The room was on the smaller side. A lil hard for us to pack the luggage as there’s not much floor space. Other than that, the room is clean with comfy bed. We got 2 pillows each. I think the best part about this hotel is that they have a self-service laundry room. After full day touring Jakarta you can wash your clothes in the laundry room. We had a pleasant stay while in Juno.

Staffs, from receptionist to cleaners are all helpful. Breakfast is so good. Room cleanliness and tidiness is pretty close to perfect. Location is suitable for shoppers like us. Over all, stay is great! Will surely come back insha Allah!
