Nice location, near to sarinah mall. You guys can just walk to the mall. Overall nice stay. Breakfast is okay.

Hotel personnel need to be added to improve service, the rooms are clean, only some facilities such as the sink are a bit clogged, the puddle of water in the bathroom of room 612 does not flow smoothly to the drain so it stagnates.. the lobby and corridors of the air-conditioned rooms need to be looked into because it is hot, breakfast is okay but improve the service so that it can be taken away for morning flights... overall it is good

Didnt expect to be ths bad. When we checked in the room door ws not closed. It ws opened by sbdy b4 we checked in maybe the cleaner.The towels are v old and torn. Only 2 bath towels provided. No floor towels, no hand towels and no face towels. The bathroom are v yellow as they didnt scrub the tiles. The tiles w mud. The water frm the shower heir wire as the holes was not cleaned. The holes ws not cleaned properly so the water stuck. The not cold at all. The linen ws v old. Even the pillows sunk. The tv no signals and disturbed..sometimes hv sometimes dont have. Cockroaches on the makeup table, toilets and the beverages table. Request for room changed..waited and no news. Went out dinner they said they called the room no answer so they sold it. Hmm..do we hv to wait the whole day? Request ice cubes..never come. Request extra towels..it ws v dirty full of stains. Even the bed i thk got bedbuggs as my face and body ws being bitten. End up u hv bugs bite swells on my face and body. Will never repeat staying ths hotel.

Nice hotel, but we don't get non smoking room due to availability when we were staying. But they were willing to provide us with diffuser to reduce the smells.

The location is good and near to the big malls. The staff at the hotel are friendly and helpful. The room is reasonably clean. The room can hear the corridor background music with birds chirping.
