Hotel location super nice as this trip is concert trip. The hotel very near to Indonesia Arena. Walkable distance around 5min.

A very luxurious and elegant hotel. Most of the guests are from the wealthy class and international airline crew. The only downside is that the breakfast isn't really suited for Gulf Arabs.

A legendary hotel which provides excellent service. Good property at the heart of South Jakarta, delicious food, extraordinary hospitality from the staffs. Would’ve been nice if the room temperature can be easily adjusted to warmer level, my baby shivered although the AC has been turned off. The issue then solved by the engineering staff.

I stayed here to check out the hotel for a company executive to stay at, but the quality was far from five-star, with the shower temperature being low and no hot water in the bathtub.

Room was spacious and hotel was located strategically. However when occupancy is high getting on lift requires some time especially during check out times.

Going down from guest floor spent over 15 minutes in the morning even there are 8 guest lifts
