Nice stay But we were freezing in the room The aircond cannot be adjust or switch off We stay 2 person in a room, but we got only 1 pair of sandal and 1 robe. The rest of stay is great Location is excellent Near pacific place (walking distance) Near GBK stadium Just in fromt of the lobby is direct access to GBK east Door

Good location, lil bit old for the room breakfast to crowde and must lil bit waiting list but the room is big

Highly recommended. Close to airport freeway, malls and the sports stadium/parklands. Helpful staff. Premium room was fine, plenty of towels etc. and free drinks in minibar. Access to Lounge (in Lobby) for a nice afternoon tea (small cakes) and best was the evening when can choose 1 of 3 main courses and a drink. No need to eat out. Busway and metro stops at end of road 15min walk. Use metro to cross road to access Pacific Pace mall and shops. Really nice relaxing atmosphere in secluded pool treed area which has outdoor bar. Tennis courts. Gym however is a fair hike on the other side in the Sultan Residences but accessible. Breakfast ok but as in most Indo hotels a limited European selection.

A spacious traditional hotel, the entrance is a bit confusing at first, probably because the residence tower is more busy. Thank you to Nabila at front desk for a smooth, quick check in. And the night receptionist at lagoon tower who help me late night on my second night staying (sorry did nit catch her name) Location wise, should you have an event at JCC this is quite an easy access to have.

Overall a great stay! Around 10 minutes walk to JCC (from the outside). Customer service is fantastic—The staff respond promptly and are very helpful with enquiries. The room is comfortable to stay in, with a great view. The food from room service is also good; breakfast buffet has a decent variety as well. The hotel is very old, but kept in good shape. The amenities and equipment (e.g. cabinets, doors, toilet, bathtub, shower, fridge etc) are old, so naturally not in tip-top shape.

Chinese Restaurant Nan Xiang makes very good dishes. Fruit juices and salads are good for western.

Services in the hotel were perfect. A little improvement is about the maintenance of small stuff like room door fitting, bath room door fitting, control of air conditioning, etc.

Very old hotel. If you want a taxi after 18h, you have to wait 30 minutes

Nice but old hotel, but it was like a cage in the capital of Jakarta

At checkout I discovered that was the very last night for the sultan hotel, they lost the land rights.

Everything is fine... From the room, the staff, the environment. One thing to improve : the taste of the food. Today food was bland,, only dimsum and salad are better... Please recheck the taste again,, since this is 5 star hotel.

Rooms need some upgrade

Good location because it is near JCC. Very old hotel, everything is working… but everything is old, very old

It was such a great experience overall, service was good, the food was good too
