"The best location. Alot of shopping mall within walking distance. There is a small convenience store at the lobby of the hotel, which is a plus point. The spa located within the hotel was a great addition also. I had a good massage at the spa. Breakfast was OK-OK.. we stayed in a 3bedder rooms. Huge space. Individual room was spacious too.. ample space for our luggage & praying space. Each bath room has hair & body shampoo. All is good. I am satisfied with my stay."

"The room was average, but the swimming pool was great with three pools, including a semi-indoor one. Check-in was disappointing—both rooms I booked weren’t ready, and we had to wait up to an hour. The bedroom carpet felt old and thin. On the bright side, breakfast was excellent with a changing variety of Indonesian dishes, and most staff were friendly."

"Came to Jakarta 2 Sept-5 Sept, just rightly after the rally ended. In Medan, the rally just begun though. So I purposely chose this hotel which is located at Tanah Abang, avoiding the busy Thamrin City or Grand Indonesia area (it is still along the road anyways) The room was huge, clean, the hospitality was 💯! It is very much closer to Tanah Abang (shopping place) and Blok M Square (viral food) and I literally walked to Tanah Abang (500m away). Plus point the hotel has the weight scale to weigh your luggage, but the food was mehhhh. Overall, loved my stay!"

"Love the staff. They have a good customer service’s ethic. The food for breakfast is ⭐️ with variety of menu and its changed daily. The room is cozy but the sink in my room. However it was fixed on the spot by the maintenance officer. Late check out is possible with some charges."

"Hands down this hotel is probably the most enjoyable stay I had in Jakarta. Check-in was easy and the lobby just says luxury. Secured card access to rooms and even the swimming pool and gym. Good sized swimming pool with unblocked sky scraper views. Went at 6:15 am it was just lovely. Breakfast spread was okay, and definitely appreciate the warm hospitality from the staff. Recommended, especially when there’s no traffic sounds around at all times."

"We had a pleasant 3-night stay at Ashley Tanah Abang. The service was friendly and attentive throughout, making us feel very welcome. The room was comfortable and clean, and overall the stay was smooth and enjoyable. Not to mention the free capsules for the in-room coffee machine was very interesting and we loved it. The breakfast spread was slightly repetitive, but the food quality was good, so no complaints there. Great location and value for money — would happily stay again!"

"I’m considering my self as regular guess because every time I went to Jakarta this hotel always be my only choice base on strategic location & of course the hotel cleanliness. But this time I feel it would be great if they maintain the cleanliness. Upon enter the room I realise there’s some stain on the carpet and the towel looks dirty. And for the breakfast choice would be better if more varieties (more choice of western) since some of the guess is foreigners. And it would be better more amenities too. Thanks!"

"Acceptable for what you pay... Walking distance to plaza mall, grand Indonesia, restos on the bottom. However, just the elevator is a pain to talk since the hotel is on the 6th floor.... There are no indications of where the stairs are. Overall, it's good but there are better hotels across the street."

"This hotel is the best for us , my Mum On wheel chair and the room it’s so large for us so we still can have our luggage in our room and also the stuff working people in this hotel is so friendly and helpful always, especially this person his name FAQIH his so helpful for us to booked the taxi for 3 of us thank you 🙏 I am so happy with this area also because I can walk to the big mall senayan for popmart 😀 And all the shopping and entertainment to Love it 💕"
