Thanks for simple decor I really enjoyed staying at this hotel, the design of the hotel is quite good with a London theme, the rooms are quite clean, there is no view on the sixth floor and there is not much of a menu for breakfast but it's okay, quite satisfied, thank you for your service🫶🏻

Travelling from overseas is exhausted, sleepy, tired n everything. First of all, big thanks to Mrs Nadya at the reception, she is greetings me with a smile from the moment I'm arrived until the day I am check out, it was top service. I did not mention about want a high level, she knows it already. Coz, normally when I am booked a hotel, definitely I will request the highest floor. I'm booked here at last minute, turn out it was a great experiences. All the staff here is friendly and easy going, food for breakfast also good. Only one thing, ”seated for breakfast”. When I had breakfast, while I am going to take another food, other guest seat there. So I need to move to another table. My phone and room access card still on the breakfast table, how is another guest not seeing it!!? Or they just do not have human sense!? Hello!!!!I am still not finish eat my food! My suggestions, maybe hotel management can provide a small things at the every each table at the Cafe Sirih, which state that ”Occupied/Unoccupied”. So that kind of things will never happened to another hotel guests. Overall, it was a great experiences being here. Definitely will repeat again. Thank You again to Mrs Nadya and all the staff at Millennium Hotel Sirih Jakarta.

Hotel building and lobby looked nice enough. Checking in was a breeze. Room hallway looks old and gloomy, reminded me of my dormitory days but with better colours. Bedroom didn't have much space, but was still tolerable. The wallpapers had yellowing/dried leak marks. Washroom was tiny and all the drains (sink & shower) are very slow at draining. And no lock for the washroom. The worst was the lighting, i turned off the lights while sleeping, woken up to a room fully lit with tv on maybe a couple hours later. I thought i might have accidentally pressed a button while sleeping. Turned everything off and went to sleep again, then same thing happened again. In total this happened 3 or 4 times, too tired and sleepy to care. I didn't bother complaining because it happened between the middle of the night to dawn. Even if I did complain the possible solutions would be to send a technician or switch me to a better room, and neither is desirable. I was on a one night business trip with full schedule both days. Breakfast was nice, plenty of options, but the service wasn't so good. When i was showed to my table, the host asked if i wanted coffee or tea, I picked coffee. Went around to take my breakfast, came back to table and coffee wasn't there. Then not long after i started eating, a waiter came by and asked if i wanted coffee or tea, said coffee. 5 minutes later another waiter came by if I wanted coffee or tea..again. Finally got my coffee a good 15mins later, I should've just gotten a cup myself. Asked for sunny side ups, eggs came after i finished my plate, about the same waiting time with coffee and the egg station was empty when I ordered. I'm sorry but I don't think this was a 5-star hotel, and the price wasn't worth it. I believe the problem with light was caused by the room card slot right to turn on the power. Must've gone wrong and failed to detect a card in the slot and shut everything off, then suddenly detected the card again, hence all power and light kept turning back on. Won't be staying there again Hallway picture doesn't look that bad in picture, because my phone decided to make it look nicer by auto-adjusting the light level, much darker in reality

Outstanding and beautiful hotel - well organized and attentive staff. Easily comparable to top end hotels I have stayed at in Dubai and elsewhere. Food is excellent - room service is prompt and offers a wide choice from all available restaurants. Indonesia Plaza next door was hugely helpful and convenient.

The rooms was really comfort, I was really enjoy with the hotel facilities. I came with my family, my son was really happy and enjoy with the pool ambience. With city view, and first time in Jakarta make us really enjoy. Location close to every where, special thanks to Ibu vinna and the team very friendly.

New 5⭐️ located by the city centre which was previously Alila Pecenongan building. The interior has been revamped fully (except for the lift I assume? Since the lift shows some old buttons and crusty edges). First impression was amazing by the scent and the lights. Check in was smooth but it took quite some time for the front desk to find luggage tag. I also note that AccorPlus upgrade could not be used as room was limited. Room was enough for 2 with refreshed interior and new furnitures, sparkling clean I have to say. The downturn is only when I tried to ring the guest service and no answer at all, this happened twice. Had the breakfast here for 3 nights and they took the breakfast seriously at Ginger Flower, tasty dishes and various but, they put same menu for 3 straight days. And surprisingly, they do not have Movenpick ice cream :( Had a nice stay overall, but definitely will visit again to see more improvements especially for Movenpick Ice Cream.

We had an excellent stay in Jakarta for 4 days and 3 nights for our birthday trip. Thanks to the front desk and guest relations team for making this surprise happen with the nice drawing in the room❤️. They breakfast was nice althis just a 3 star hotel, but it doesn't matter, we really enjoyed it! However, we can not sleep well in the first night because there are some phone vibrations around at the midnight. Hence, we decided to upgrade the room and it’s much better, spacious room. Really appreciate all the employees has provide a warm hospitality. KUDOS FOR YOU ALL👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

This hotel located in the central of jakarta, very strategic location near by the government office then you will easy reach the public transportation (bus stop, station, stand by taxi) complete facilities also gym, pool, spa, you can borrow the bycicle just mention your room number. Then room very nice, best choices for higher floor and any view are best (I tried both the view). This hotel are best choices for you. Their staff also nice, warm, and helpful
