Staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was okay with some variety. Room is clean.

A new type of apartment hotel. There is a shopping mall within walking distance of the hotel. There are many restaurants inside and the price is good. Breakfast was very rich. Half an hour away from the airport, there is an industrial park nearby and the environment is good

The hotel is relatively safe, the decoration is mainly black and white, clean and refreshing! Breakfast is all local food. There are many restaurants around, and there is a shopping mall across the street, which is convenient for shopping and eating!

This is our 8th year returning bac to this property with our convention and the hotel and team at the hotel are just amazing. With special thanks to their leader - Renato, as I am a firm believer that it stems from the top, they are being lead by example and I would hands down always go to this hotel and conference center. The week previously we were at the CTICC and it was horrific, the lack of client care is very evident and if I ever get asked to which venue I would recommend I would hands down recommend Century City with no hesitation!! Century City Team is absolutely AMAZING from Hotel stay to the Conference Centre..

Great hotel, it was confortable and the crew were always happy to help. They are reliable BUT they restaurant is awful, they took more than an hours to bring they food and when it arribes it was cold, after that they waitress ask almost ten times if we need something else, we all feel like they were asking us to pay and leave. They also provide they room service and they delivered an hours late because they didn't not down My room number, of course everything was cold.

For a work trip, this hotel is well located, clean, comfortable and easily accessible off the highway. Staff are friendly and helpful. Rooms have a iron and ironing board. My stay was good and I was satisfied with the service.

As an extension of the Conference Centre, this hotel gives you 100% convenience particularly if you are a conference organiser. From pre-conference set up, to facilitating gifts and equipment/branding deliveries, you are easily accessible to suppliers and to delegates. On one leg, I don't think I could have managed anywhere else. Thank you so much!

This is such a Stunning hotel with pristine hotel rooms with comfortable beds and everything you could ask for. The friendly staff also made me feel welcome and at home.

From the moment I arrived at the hotel until my departure, the staff was incredibly attentive and friendly, always going the extra mile with a smile. As a frequent traveler, I can genuinely say that I was impressed by the exceptional service provided by the hotel team. The rooms were clean and well-suited for business travel, and the dining experience at Umani restaurant was outstanding. This hotel truly caters to the needs of business travelers with excellent facilities.

Though it was my first time in Cape Town, I really enjoyed UMALUSI services. The were really organized and professional in their service delivery.
