A typical motel. Cleanliness can be upgraded.

Good location and quiet, but kitchen utensils need to be updated. Should install headboard for beds, my kids hit the wall when lying down.

Friendly and great service staff. Air-conditioning need servicing, there were dirt flew out and they have to clean it. Location is nice. A bit run down. Facility are good. They provided shaver cream and lotion which is really nice. Reasonable price, overall is good except the air-conditioning.

Great place to stay. Near to beach. Enjoy the stay would love to visit again. Loves the fish and chip and lobster at the lobster shack . Nice scenery very relaxing.

The hotel is very close to the Cervantes Lobster Factory in Perth. The surrounding area is relatively deserted. Although the facilities are complete, they are old and not very clean. Maybe you can book a room with a kitchen which will be newer. Just make do with it for one night.

The journey was too far and I didn’t make it there. I was unwilling to negotiate with the hotel for a refund or rescheduling. Anyway, there is absolutely no room for negotiation and I will not choose this company again. Ctrip has a positive attitude in handling problems.

The house is a bit shabby, but there are many options in the town. The hotel staff is very friendly and there is nothing to complain about for the price.

The day of check-in coincided with Halloween🎃The hotel was well decorated, and many nearby residents brought their children to the party. The atmosphere was very positive. But we encountered a hiccup when we checked in. We booked a 50m2 comfort room, but the hotel staff assigned us a 38m2 small family room. When we asked her to change rooms, the staff insisted that we had booked this type of room. After we repeatedly insisted on changing rooms, she reluctantly asked other staff for help. The other staff explained that the room we booked was full and helped us upgrade to a larger house, which solved the problem! (🙄We wasted a lot of sightseeing time in vain). The hotel is still some distance away from the Pinnacles. It takes about 30 minutes to drive there. Moreover, the hotel restaurant closes very early, so you need to bring your own dry food for dinner. The weather in Western Australia is still quite cold at night in late October, but the hotel rooms only provide thin quilts 😂😂 (the hotel staff have already gone off work). Only wearing thick coats🫣😯 is really an unforgettable experience. ! ! !

A motel with a good location, more than ten kilometers to the Pinnacles. The hotel facilities are relatively old and it doesn't look that clean, but at this price, you don't need a bicycle. There is a microwave and refrigerator in the room. The car can be parked at the door. You can order a la carte English breakfast for 22 dollars.
