It is close to the sea, and you can enjoy the sea when you have time, and the hotel is also very comfortable. I saw good reviews on the Internet and came here to experience it. Bagno: soffione doccia mancante, bisognava stare attaccati al muro per poter utilizzare il getto doccia, il phon era attaccato con lo scotch e rotto, la presa della corrente non funzionava, (mi hanno portato una spina adattatore) la porta dovrebbe essere scorrevole per agevolare il passaggio che è strettissimo. Camera:arredi vecchi SPA: dovrebbe essere zona relax ma sembra di essere alla piscina comunale,una doccia emozionale non funzionante, sauna e docce buie. Colazione: mancavano le tazze e il caffè, distributori automatici...inammissibile in un 4 stelle!!!tavoli non puliti, colazione non certamente adeguata. Solo due camerieri che non sapevano come barcamenarsi.

Oggi ho usufruito dell'ingresso spa in questo hotel. Ottima posizione sul lungomare di Cervia. Parcheggio comodo, in inverno è gratis. Struttura enorme. Belle, acqua calda e pulite. Accoglienza ottima. Da migliorare: spogliatoi piccoli, bagnoturco molto buio e cupo. Mi sarebbe piaciuto, essendo cervia famosa per il sale, qualcosa all'interno della spa uno spazio dedicato al sale.

Das Hotel ist leider sanierungsbedürftig! Viele Sachen alt, defekt und nicht mehr schön. Personal unfreundlich! Man fühlte sich absolut unwillkommen! Für eine Veranstaltung wurde die normalen Hotelgäste in einen super kleinen Raum zum Essen gezwängt! War eine absolute Frechheit! Beim Check Out keine Frage wie der Urlaub war.

Camere ok, posizione ottima ma finisce qui. Va bene per i congressi o per 1-2 notti di passaggio e anche lì ci penserei Detto ciò colazione las iamo perdere sia per qualità che per organizzazione, inoltre bisognerebbe essere espliciti che la spa non è compresa (o se lo è, lo è solo se si prenota un qualcosa di specifico). Altra cosa che ho odiato è odio ovunque è farti sentire cliente di serie B per non dire C o D se si è prenotato su Booking. A parte questo personale molto scortese e posto disorganizzato e per fortuna che siamo a fine stagione, non voglio immaginare il caos e la scortensia di Luglio e Agosto.

Animazione top .. l' hotel ha una bella hall sala ristoranti posizione ottima e personale molto disponibile. L' unica lamentela riguarda le stanze...visto che si parla di un 4 stelle le camere sono un po' vecchiotte e i bagni sarebbero da rifare

Hotel super! Una tappa fissa per noi ogni anno. Ottimi servizi e cibo ma soprattutto torniamo per l'animazione: adatta ad ogni fascia di età, ragazzi preparati e gentili, coinvolgono con grande entusiasmo i bimbi e gli adulti nelle attività quotidiane e serali. Continueremo a tornare! Super consigliato alle famiglie!

Ottima la posizione, parcheggio riservato nei pressi dell'hotel. Buona la pulizia, personale gentile e accogliente. L'hotel offre molti servizi. La camera è dotata di aria condizionata TV e accesso libero a wifi, se richiesti vengono serviti lettino e scalda biberon da tenere in camera. Buffet colazione, pranzo e cena molto fornito. Ottima l'organizzazione, adatto anche per bambini molto piccoli. Ci siamo trovati molto bene, torneremo sicuramente!!
