hotel stupendo dotato di tutti i confort, siamo stati benissimo, la camera in upgrade era una deluxe, molto spaziosa, il letto grande e comodissimo, mentre mia figlia aveva una junior suite molto bella e spaziosa, il personale gentilissimo, avevamo il trattamento a mezza pensione e abbiamo mangiato benissimo, la colazione spettacolare come scelta e qualità, mi sono trovata molto bene e ci tornerò sicuramente.

The hotel was beautiful and the staff were incredibly accommodating and friendly. I wish this could be a 5 star review but our room situation was undesirable. We had booked a Junior Suite sea view room which was beautiful but maintenance could not fix our AC after 3 attempts. They actually turned the heater on and the room reached 26 Celsius despite assuring us the room would cool down in 10 minutes. Each morning there was a sewer smell from our bathroom that was barely tolerable the first morning. On the second morning we couldn’t even walk into the bathroom it was so bad. The hotel switched our room for the third night with working AC. Unfortunately from midnight to 6am a constant clanking every 60 seconds was coming from the walls and we could barely get back to sleep. It was our last night so we didn’t even have the strength to find another room in the middle of the night. This was the start of our 10 day vacation which really got things off to a horrible start. The morning buffet was very good and again the staff were friendly. This would have been a 1 rating if not for these two factors.

Struttura molto bella , ambiente apatico, personale poco interessato alla clientela.Vista il breve soggiorno sono state tante le difficolta' , a partire dal guasto del televisore,e il wi fi non collegato, , e che dopo svariate chiamate sono arrivati dopo 1 ora .. poi le luci nella doccia deluxe che non funzionavano ..,cosi alla chiamata del facchino per i bagagli da portare in camera, e cosi mi accingevo io a prendere il carrello portabagagli e caricarlo cosi come il giorno della partenza nessun facchino per aiutarci nonostante avevamo parcheggiato all interno dell hotel , se poi consideriamo il fatto che durante la cena il maitre voleva insistentemente e sgarbatamente portarci un vino che non volevamo , chiedendo noi un semplice moscato.Pochissima scelta delle portate, oltre la SPA chiusa e l ascensore rotto e l uscita anticipata durante la colazione dalla sala da pranzo,senza spiegazioni e dopo tutto questo la direzione non ha avuto la delicatezza di fare una ripresa del prezzo viste tutte queste mancanze di un 5 stelle solo sulla carta.Dispiaciuto di tutto questo mi sarebbe piaciuto comunque ritornare se nza tutti questi problemi. L ospitalita' deve essere sempre , correlata all attenzione verso il cliente. e alle sue richieste ,avemdo cura della bellezza dovuta all atmosfera di chi la crea!

da anni torniamo ..(e la dice tutta sulla qualita')ma.. forse quest'anno qualcosina mancava ...pasticcere,secondo noi,cambiato,meno assortimento nei salati della colazione,idromassaggi non tutti funzionanti,piscina non caliente...comunque ..TOP!

Purtroppo non vale : qualità/ prezzo. Piadina ordinata in piscina : costo 15 euro, ordinata due volte e entrambe le volte arrivata completamente fredda, e con la rucola che avevano espressamente richiesto di non metterla per il bimbo. Nella piscina mancavano la maggior parte del pietrini, fioriere rotte. Un sabato hanno fatto matrimonio in spiaggia (con impossibilità di usare la passerella) e uno in hotel, dove c’era la cena. Spa tenuta molto male con muri scrostati e con la muffa. Un 5 stelle non può essere così.. nulla da dire invece sul servizio spiaggia costoso, ma ottimo: personale a differenza di quello dell hotel gentile e disponibile. Teli ogni mattina già pronti sullo lettino, pranzo possibile direttamente sotto l ombrellone, materassini nel lettino molto comodi e molto distanziati.
