The hotel is not far from the bus station. It takes about 10 minutes to walk after getting off the bus. The only drawback is that the hotel is located on a high ground, so dragging luggage is really tiring. You will pass by a viewing point on the way. The hotel itself has a very good environment, and it only takes 5-10 minutes to walk to the entrance of CK Town. Breakfast is very rich.

We could not be happier with our stay at Villa Beatika. The hotel sits on gentle slope, a few minutes’ walk from the town center. We like that it’s close enough for convenience and far enough for some peace and quiet (there was an outdoor concert when we stayed). The hotel’s very beautiful, clean, and well-maintained. We stayed on the top floor and my son really loved his space in the attic space. The room’s very well-equipped and the bed was very comfy. The staff were amazing - everyone’s very nice and professional, and offered help whenever we asked. The breakfast was excellent: very hearty spread with wide selections and good-quality food. The playground right next door is a gem for families with young kids. We’ll definitely come back when we visit Cesky Krumlov next time. Thanks Villa Beatika team for the wonderful stay!

Villa Beatika is a lovely boutique hotel just a 5-7 minute walk from the heart of Cesky Krumlov. The staff is friendly and welcoming. Breakfast was nice, the beds and pillows were comfy. The air conditioning worked great, which was fortunate as it was 85-90 F when we were there. The outdoor patio with a view of the castle was a great place to hang out with a drink at night. Would definitely stay again

I love this beautiful and comfortable accommodation. Nikola is nice and helpful. The room is spacious, clean, comfortable with a good view of Cesky Krumlov Fortress and old town. I enjoyed the time I stayed there and will absolutely come back again!

We stayed in room 7. It was super clean and organised. The staff were kind and professional. They have parking space. The hotel is close to the old town, only 7 min walking. The breakfast was delicious with a good variety of bread, juice, ham, fruit and cereal.

We loved this small hotel located about 10 minutes from the city center. We were happy to be out of the main square as they had a festival with many venders on the square for the weekend. The hotel was charming with plenty of room for storage. The breakfast was huge! The lady who ran the hotel was a one woman show, she did it all, reception, cleaning and breakfast. She didn't speak English, but we were able to get along. The only downside to his lovely hotel is that it is up on a hill and the walk back was quite a climb. That being said I would definitely stay here again.

Sehr schön ruhig gelegenes Haus, Anreise außerhalb der Check in Zeit absolut problemlos, Tolles Frühstück, Sehr freundliches Personal, Sehr schöne großzügige Zimmer , Weniger Gehminuten zum Zentrum, Parkplätze auch für größere Autos geeignet bzw. auch im Umkreis leicht zu parken

Wir reisten zu viert und hatten 2 Zimmer reserviert, eines mit Balkon. Wir fühlten uns von Anfang an, willkommen und sehr wohl. Unsere Gastgeberin half uns sogar, unseren Koffer zu unserem Zimmer im zweiten Obergeschoss zu tragen. Das Zimmer war sehr gemütlich, die Matratzen zum schlafen super, die Kissen sehr gut. Und ein Fenster hatte sogar ein Moskitofenster. Im Bad war ausreichend Showergel, Shampoo, Conditioner…, um schön duschen zu können. Die Bademäntel und Handtücher hatten das Logo unserer Villa, sehr schön im Detail. Das Frühstücksbuffet war reichhaltig, die Auswahl war riesig, frische Eier, Speisen und Pancakes wurden darüber hinaus angeboten. Alles schmeckt der fabelhaft. Wir schliefen perfekt, die Nächte waren ruhig. Und die Aussicht von unserem Fenster auf das Schloss fabelhaft. Wir können dieses Hotel nur jedem empfehlen, der schön und ruhig außerhalb des Stadtkerns wohnen möchte. Es sind nur 5-7 Minuten zu Fuß zur Stadtmitte. Fast vergessen hätte ich zu erwähnen, dass auch noch ein sehr schöner Garten mit liegen zum Hotel gehört, von wo man bestens den Sonnenuntergang beobachten kann.
