Staff are helpful, great value, nice view and free breakfast is a plus.

When cleaning the room, the floors were dirty and the toilet was filthy. The furniture in the room was new. The breakfast was a complete fiasco, it was sloppy, it was not a breakfast made to be given to guests. As long as the portions on the plates were not full and the people preparing the breakfast were as comfortable as if they were serving breakfast at home, not a hotel employee. When we arrived without having fun at night, the hotel doors were locked, we had a hard time reaching the reception and we stayed at the door. I would never choose it again.

The breakfast is average, the hotel does not have its own parking space, and there is no kettle in the room.

The front desk service is very good, the location is easy to find, and there is a small balcony with beautiful scenery

Location is super central. That's the only positive aspect. Cleanliness is not good. We were there for 5 days and the bed wasn't even made, the towels weren't even changed, or generally cleaned. On the first day our air conditioning was broken On the 4th day the elevator stopped working and we had to walk to the 3rd floor The hotel is totally noisy, you can hear every child screaming in the hallway at 1 a.m. as if they were in their own room.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Grand Faik hotel and I couldn't be more satisfied with my experience. From the moment I arrived, the level of service was exceptional. The check-in process was smooth and the staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive. The owner Hasan bey is just great. The room itself was immaculate, well-appointed, and very comfortable. I particularly appreciated the thoughtful amenities and the attention to detail in the room's design. The bed was one of the most comfortable I’ve ever slept in, ensuring a restful night's sleep. The hotel's facilities were equally impressive. The fitness center was well-equipped, and the pool area was clean and inviting. Dining at [Restaurant Name] was a highlight, with a fantastic selection of delicious dishes and impeccable service. Additionally, the location of the hotel was perfect, just near Marina. Overall, my stay at Grand Faik hotel exceeded all expectations. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a top-notch experience. I look forward to returning in the future. I stayed 2 weeks at the Grand Faik Hotel while enjoying the really charming city of Cesme. It was very well located, and wonderful management and staff. I was working remotely during my visit, and found it to be quite comfortable and easy to work from the hotel. Breakfast was good as well and everything I needed they were there to help. I definitely recommend it for a stay in Cesme. The rooftop was really nice with incredible views, I only wish they had electrical plugs up there so I could have worked from up there.

The team was fantastic, very helpful and welcoming. It really felt like home! We loved the Turkish breakfast which was the best way to explore Turkeys morning delicacies.. We will definitely come back!! The rooms are beautiful and spacious. They also upgraded our room

The hotel staff were very accommodating, especially as it was the centenary of Turkish unification, and very busy. The room was a good size, and the location was outstanding, especially breakfast on the rooftop terrace. We would certainly stay there again.

We stayed in hotel for 3 nights and I am pleased to share very positive opinion about the hotel accommodation and nice staff. The location of hotel is perfect, near the city square, near the castle and the marina. Room was spacious and clean. Hotel staff were very polite and helpful in providing info and recommending us places to visit. Thank you for the wonderful experience!

Lovely hotel. Staff wonderful and nothing to much trouble. Rooms a little on the small size but good for resting cleaned every day. Thank you all hardworking staff for making our stay very pleasant. It was a lovely and memorable 11 days holiday in Çeşme. We highly recommend this lovely and cozy hotel.. I recomended it
