Check in’imizi yapan Bahadır Bey ve guest relations’tan Gülizar Hanım çok yardımcı oldular. F&B ekibi biraz daha atik ve misafir memnuniyeti odaklı olabilirdi. Otelde 2.konaklamamdı, seneye de gelmeyi düşünüyoruz.

This hotel is a 5 star hotel according to the description on site and in the catalog! However, this hotel only meets the European standard with 3 stars!! I think this hotel gives itself the stars! It is simply unprofessional, rooms are not cleaned completely, towels are often not changed, room cards sometimes do not work and the breakfast and evening buffets are not particularly varied! All in all, for an annual vacation that you want to spend well, I would definitely not recommend this hotel.
