Butik otellerden beklentimiz biraz yüksek oluyor..Bu butik otel bize sanki pansiyondan ya da yazlık evden dönüşmüş havası verdi...Temizlik yeni yapılmış.. Odalar büyük..ancak banyo çok küçük...Bazı eksiklikler var...Tuvalet kağıdı yok..Odada çöp kovası yok...Çalışan personel çok ilgili güleryüzlü...Onların bu iyimser tavrı bu olumsuzlukları siliyor...Kahvaltı iyi..ama çok geç servis başlıyor 9.30 gibi...Ama yinede Çeşme ve civarında kalınabilecek en iyi yer burası gibi...Yinede teşekkür ediyoruz çalışanlara.. 😊🎈

No one speaks English (we used google translator) First, It says that the property is airconditioned, FALSE. They do have a very tiny A/C unit that doesn't do anything and we slept in the heat. they couldn't fix anything. They changed the room still the same and more heat like an oven. They offered to change the room for the 3rd time but with no luck with the A/C. We decided to check out the second day and the Manager/Hotel Owner agreed to a full refund. They have refused to give me anything to support the refund and say that the agent will refund me not them and it is thru the system. So, I spoke to my agent "**********" and told them the whole story and they advised me to give them 72 hours for the hotel to reply back. a few days later, I was informed by ********** that the hotel doesn't reply and no refund will be processed unless they say so. They have lied and ignored ********** emails to confirm the refund. Don't even think of staying with them.
