The rooms are spacious, not too clean, good location, next to the sea, next to the pool.
Overall considered ok.

Hôtel vieillissant mais situé sur la plage au Nord de Cha am beach ( environ 4 km ) . Trois belles piscines bien entretenues entre la plage et le restaurant. Les chambres sont grandes, bonne literie, salle de bain à l'image de l'hôtel...... vieillissantes. Petit déjeuner inclus mais très sommaire.  Un peu déçu malgré tout.î

Aging hotel but located on the beach north of Cha am beach (about 4 km). Three beautiful, well-maintained swimming pools between the beach and the restaurant. The rooms are large, good bedding, bathroom like the hotel...... aging. Breakfast included but very basic. A little disappointed despite everything.î

 รร.เก่า เตียงนอนแอ่นกลาง ผ้าปูหรือที่นอนมีกลิ่นอับ (แอมโมเนีย)
ไฟดับ แอร์เสีย ห้องน้ำใช้ไม่ได้ แต่พนักงานดูแลจัดการปัญหาให้

The advantage is next to the sea.
 Old school, middle-backed bed Sheets or mattresses smell musty (ammonia).
Power outages, broken air conditioners, bathrooms can't be used But the staff took care of the problem.

เป็นที่พักเก่ามากไม่มีคนดูแล ไม่มีการทำความสะอาด ไม่มีไฟบอกทาง Lobby ไม่รับสาย… น้ำไม่ไหล พอไหลก็ปิดไม่ได้ ไฟบางดวงไม่ติด 

It is a very old place with no one to take care of it. No cleaning There are no lights to indicate the way, the lobby doesn't answer calls... The water doesn't flow. When it flows, it can't be turned off. Some lights don't turn on.

ที่พักริมทะเลเป็นส่วนตัว ราคากับวิวที่ได้โอเคในระดับนึงไม่ได้ว้าวมากแต่ใกล้ทะเลเดินไปได้ที่จอดรถสะดวก

Private seaside accommodation The price and view are ok on one level, not too wow, but close to the sea, walkable, convenient parking.

The hotel is a good value for money, perfectly located in a quiet area with easy sea access. The rooms are very basic, no electric kettle or cups and dishes provided, no hair dryer, but a decent TV and air conditioner. They don't change your toiletries if you run out. There's a restaurant on the premises. 2 big pool each having a kiddie section. BUT they don't seem to care about garbage around, on the beach, on the terrace. Empty bottles left by visitors stayed on the terrace for days!!!! Occasional garbage washed or left on the beach stayed there until some conscious visitors took it to the bin. Management should pay more attention to cleanliness of the grounds. They also should procure more tanning beds, there are only 3 😱

Helpful staff Can postpone the stay due to the COVID situation. Like that the hotel is right on the beach. And there is a large swimming pool. Divided into several zones, children enjoy playing in the water a lot. The room is spacious but the condition is over time. Breakfast is normal.
