Suitable for car owners or quiet people. It is far from the city, so it is not very convenient if you don't have a car. The sea view is very good, but it is relatively close. The soundproofing of the room is not very good. When I checked in, there was a party in the next room and it was very noisy.

The swimming pool is easy to check in. There are not many choices for the buffet breakfast, but the quality is acceptable. The most important thing is to have breakfast and enjoy the sea view. Massage buy one get one free, the environment is acceptable, it is recommended to book in advance, because you will have two technicians in one room

Was searching for pet friendly hotel and glad to have found this hidden gem. I was mesmerized the moment I arrived the lobby of RELO‘ with the view of the beautiful pool and the sea view is just breath taking. What surprised me more was the room that was huge with ocean view from the balcony and truly one of the best hotel than look better in reality than in photos . The staff are very attentive , service was good and room was immaculately clean. I love the comfy bed & pillows along with the “erb” amenities. The pool area has a tranquil feeling which is great if you are looking for a quiet place to read and wind down. Breakfast was good with a selection of Asian and western food, egg station etc. However, I think that the price for the in-house restaurant is a bit pricey and unfortunately they also only serve bottled beer. I ended up going out for dinner in Huahin town. Since this hotel is situated at far end of the street and no eateries along the street it would be great if they could consider more comfort food menu along with more affordable price. Perhaps serving draft beer will be great too! Especially local beer like chang or singha. Being a pet friendly hotel, my pet could walk around every area, sit on the pool sun bathing lounger and also there is an area we could enjoy breakfast together. However, I would like to point out that there was NO area with grass where pet can pee or poo. Hopefully the management would consider making a pet playing area with grass like many hotel as we cannot bring our pet to beach when is high tide . Favorite part of this hotel is the view from the room, I could just sit at the balcony enjoying my drink looking out at the beautiful view throughout the day. Definitely one of the best hotel with good memories and will be back. Hopefully by then the pet friendly playing area would be ready by then. Thank you so much to Khun Fah , Khun Earn and the team for their kind hospitality. Looking forward to staying in RELO again soon!

We recently stayed at Relo for the second time. While our first experience was excellent, this visit was quite different. The service was slow and inattentive—on three consecutive days, I had to request room service to collect dishes, and it took a full day for them to be removed. Additionally, I experienced an allergic reaction, which was concerning given that guests are allowed to bring pets. When I observed the housekeeper cleaning the villa, I was shocked to see them disposing of dirt from inside the villa into the plants by the pool—a practice that seems more likely to attract cockroaches than maintain cleanliness. Relo is marketed as an "urban escape," but our stay was far from relaxing. Families with children were allowed to create a disruptive environment, with kids screaming continuously while their parents were engrossed in their mobile devices, showing little regard for other guests. While I understand that kids will be kids, the lack of parental supervision was disappointing. Overall, the maintenance and quality of the hotel have noticeably declined over the past year and a half. Unfortunately, I left with six large welts on my body, and my wife also had smaller ones on her face—raising serious concerns about the hygiene standards at this hotel.

I found Relo on Agoda and checked in for one night. This is a really cool urban chic hotel right on the beach. The lady was excellent at check in and explained all amenities etc. The restaurant on property called GOAT was really the goat! The food and drinks were great! I will be back again!

I do love this hotel, the truly urban escape. A beachfront hotel with a beachfront swimming pool. The services are all friendly with good attitudes, and delicious & good quality breakfast here is if not many customers from the buffet will be a la carte, for the room quality matches the prices. Gooood!

On weekday stay was very peaceful. Everything was pretty good. My kid enjoyed swimming a lot. The pool is not that big but ok for small children. Breakfast line, there were not many choices because of weekday guests. You can walk on the beach in the morning, In the evening is high tide.

PROS - friendly staff at check in -well appointed and spacious rooms - great pool overlooking the beach - great Thai food at room service - peaceful - no street noise whatsoever -extremely relaxing -great breakfast CONS -nothing else near by - constant high tide so could not walk along beach - food at Goat (restaurant) was average and overpriced (only option if you don’t have a vehicle, or you don’t want room service all the time) -could not get food or drinks by the pool -no English cable tv channels, however it was a smart tv so Netflix works All in all, we enjoyed our stay and it was extremely relaxing. This place has serious potential to be great. Instead of writing a blog on the hotel I thought it best to highlight the pros and cons, although the restaurant did not appeal to us, I am sure plenty like it. It was just that there Thai options in room service I felt were better

A simple modern pool villa with a beautiful design located on the beach in Hua Hin. There is a swimming pool that extends to the beach. The atmosphere is shady and the view is beautiful. This time, we stopped by a Villa Access Pool room that has a swimming pool in a specific zone. You can open the door to get into the water. Inside the villa, it is very spacious. Everything is controlled by a screen. It is very modern. There is a sitting area, a chilling area, a bathtub for relaxing, and a rooftop where you can go up and enjoy the view in private. If you stay here, we recommend using the Erb spa service, which uses organic products and offers a variety of treatments from head to toe. There are also many aromatic scents to help you relax. In the evening, we ate at Goat, a seaside restaurant with an irresistible view. There is a bar where you can sit and chill. It serves a variety of delicious and satisfying menus.

After a three-year break due to corona, we came back this year to spend the winter. The former "Haven" has a new owner and is now called "Relo The Urban Escape". The Corona period was used to renovate the entire facility; redesigned in color, very pleasing and aesthetic. What has changed since our last visit? Evidently cost-conscious casualties include: the free shuttle to Hua Hin, the occasional excursions, the Bangkok Post edition. The number of visitors was limited, a few "long noses", many Thais, mainly on the weekends the facility is used by the locals and their families for short vacations. As long-term guests, we were treated with the utmost attention, so there is nothing to complain about. I think we'll be happy to come back. So, also under the new owner, a clear recommendation, but this is intended for people who love peace and quiet...
